I personally found Shane to be a tad standoffish, however, he is without question one of the most knowledgeable people I've met in wildlife. You win some and lose some.

Hilarious guy, have never laughed so much in a class in my life! Super easy-going and good to talk to. Will help you if you need it. The class was super interesting and if you pay attention to the lectures you'll do well. Going to miss his stories!

If you show up, pay attention in lecture, and have a interest in zoology you shouldn't have difficulty in this class. Shane has a weekly quiz, this helps stay on top of the material. Awesome prof and an even better guy.

Shane is a hilarious instructor. I never missed his class because he is so much fun. His examples are a riot and his teaching style is impeccable. You will love his class...I sure did.
