You will never meet someone with as much knowledge as Mr. Lewis. From TV to ..yes, tertiary Treatment plants- the man knows his stuff. An old fashioned reporter who is trying to keep the business we're in alive and make it better... He may sometimes spend more time on a subject than you'd like... but listen to him, it ALL Makes sense.
