Great professor. She was very helpful in her emails and responded very quickly. Sometimes right after I sent the email. I enjoyed the class and learned so much I didnt know. OCCC should be proud to have such a cringe person.

Professor Gibson is the most kind and caring professor I have ever had. She goes out of her way to help you and is concerned about you. Her patience astounded me!! I struggled but she stayed with me every step of the way and never gave up on me. I am grateful for her and her dedication.

Comment:

Emailed her several times with poor response time and to be honest the responses felt petty and usually ignored my question all together. Cengage is terrible and there is no cohesive nature between it and moodle/tests. Get ready to fight the computer to accept your answer or grade it properly. Tests are a joke just memorize the review.

Great course. The professor was very caring and considerate. She helped me when I needed help and set up all assignments so students could work at their own pace. I learned so much from her and found out what a really online professor was like. I would recommend taking her if you are a serious student who cares about what they learn.

This class was wonderful. I learned so much. Professor Gibson often responded right after I emailed. Had many discussions with her through email. She is great!!

This class is not bad once you figure it out. Get ready to spend a lot of time on this class and i usually dont say that. It is an easy class but some of the HW can be challenging. If you do the test review 3-4 times then the tests are super easy. Vicki trys to be helpful but she dosent respond to emails until 11:30 - 1:00 at night.

A very easy class. Prepare for lots of reading and putting a lot of time into the assignments. Vicki Gibson is a great online teacher. She's very clear on grading and assignments. She also responds to emails fairly quickly.

Loved this class!! I learned so much and the professor was willing to help me when I had a question. She met with me individually and gave me instructions during her office hours and responded quickly to emails. I would recommend this class and this instructor.

I took this class online so there was no lecture. If you didn't do the homework you wouldn't pass. Super easy class. You just read the directions in the textbook to do the homework. She always emailed me back. She was a stickler on some of the grading though. EASY A

I am taking an intro to computers 8 week course. You have Moodle, Cengage, and Sam to look and review for class work. Everything should be in one place. Professor needs to update her instructions and make sure they are in line with textbook and SAM as they are instances where they are not. Emails response from professor is minimal.

Excellent class. I learned so much that I didn't know about Office. I would recommend this class and this professor. She grades papers quickly and answers emails promptly. The Student Computer Center also had good help when you get stuck.

I also took this in the 8 week session. I found it to be very interesting and rewarding hours that I spent in learning the material. Yes, the class takes your time to complete but you should expect to spend time in an online class. This is a skill and you must practice to get good grades on the exams. I loved the course and the professor.
