Dr Klima is an exceptionally tough grader and I found her lectures to be just as tough to listen to. Although she is accessible outside the classroom, she became increasingly upset that I used her office time for questions. One time her husband came in and basically stood there as I asked her about the material. He seemed angry and it was weird.

Don't take anyone else for Cacl II. This is by far the best math class and teacher I have ever taken- the material is hard and requires a decent amount of work outside of class but the instruction makes it so much easier. She really cares about math and her students and is honestly just great all-around. honestly I would marry this lady

She is amazing. Works with you to make sure you understand the material. She understands that life happens and gives you extra time if needed. Goes at a really good pace and will go over notes again to help if you need it or missed something. Overall amazing professor. If she taught ever class I took I would love school.

Dr. Klima is by far the best Math teacher at App. She makes complex math concepts seem easy. There's usually discussion questions and homework assigned throughout each week. If you go to class, do the work, and ask questions, then you will do well. Exams aren't too hard and she gives partial credit wherever she can. She's wonderful! Take her!

Dr. Klima is 100% the best math teacher I have ever had. The material is very very difficult but she makes it easy to understand. She truly cares about her students if you put in the effort. She is also extremely organized which takes off a lot of the stresses of the class. She will even print out guided notes to help you follow along.

Great Calc 1 teacher. Cares about her students passing. She goes around class and helps if anyone is stuck. Wiley and group work is due every week but it's not bad.

I've had Dr. Klima for a few courses. She's incredibly organized, which is something really helpful in math courses. She uses class time to do brief lectures and in-class practice. She even prints out a lot of note outlines as well! She has video lectures and practice problems for the entire semester. I highly recommend her!

Dreaded this class. The material is pretty hard and she flies through it. I didn't have time to understand what was going on ever. She's a nice woman but she definitely favors the students that understand everything and are the teacher's pets. 3 tests, and they are 80% of the grade. If you fail one, you are pretty much screwed.

Dr. Klima loves calculus. It's almost scary how much she gets into it. Overall, she's a wonderful professor who really cares for a student's success. She practices a "backwards" teaching style; which means that she mostly teaches through guided videos at home, then reinforces that material in the classroom. Strange concept, but it works!

Dr. Klima is amazing. I haven't heard of a better calc professor yet. She always sticks to the same plans each week, so you know which days you have to come class (quiz day) and the days that you can skip. Overall a very helpful instructor that realizes you might just be taking this class to satisfy App's math requirement.

Dr. Klima is easily the best math teacher I've ever had. She gives two problems sets per week, but you'll have time to finish them in class. Almost always group work, sometimes on quizzes. Tests aren't terrible. She can sometimes go a little fast, but will always answer questions in detail. Used the textbook maybe once. Would definitely recommend.

She is absolutely useless. She moves waaaay to fast in lectures for you to be able to tell what's going on. The only way to pass her class is to spend 8 hours every day one-on-one with her getting help. Her class is simply impossible. Take someone else.

Dr. Klima is awesome! She is one of the best professors I have had in the math department. She's so willing to help, and she will absolutely make sure you understand if you come by to her office. Her tests are strictly class and homework material, and not bad if you have studied her reviews. If you can, take her class! And stay open minded!
