I've taken her class several times. She's very nice and is always trying to lift her students up. She is not my advisor, but I often stop by her office to chat ideas and she never seems annoyed. If you put effort into her class, I honestly don't see how anyone could get less than a B+.

Professor Pozorski is amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone!!! To all my fellow honors students, be ready to smile as Pozorski is one of the happiest people you'll meet! She's very kind and happy to help. And she's very open minded so if you ever have an "out of the box" idea, you'll always get the support you need!

She is a very caring and upbeat professor maybe at times a little too much. She is very understanding but does assign too much reading, 150 pages in a 2 day time frame. Very overwhelming workload at times especially since English isnt my major. She is a pretty easy grader though.

Comment:

The best professor I've had at CCSU hands down. She is what a professor should be - genuinely cares about students, enthusiastic, always available and highly intelligent. Her classes (I took 2) taught me how to do not only college writing but grad level writing. Recommend for HON Thesis for any HON students out there, she's a huge help.

Dr. Pozorski is extremely excitable, quirky, and fun. Ran into some roadblocks with her over disagreements about views on 9/11, but she was very knowledgable nonetheless. Dr. Pozorski is a pretty easy grader, but going to see her helps. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Pozorski was an overall wonderful person to be around. Going to her class was the highlight of my day and being able to participate in class discussions with her was very intellectually stimulating and interesting. By far my favorite English professor, she's really passionate about teaching which makes the class lectures interesting. The book is used often but it was also really inexpensive. She also is very open-minded to everyone's opinions on the readings. A few papers to write and 2 tests but nothing to heavy, and she's a pretty fair grader.

Aimee Pozorski is easily one of the most kind human beings you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Yes, you need to read, and yes she can be a bit of a tough grader, but her passion is inspiring. She's also adorable, you can't help but love her. I've already decided to take a course with her in the spring. Have any issues? Talk to her!

I took HON 210 & 220 with Dr. Pozorski. I loved her analysis of literature; never before had I considered the significance and consequences of representation. She has a kind, caring personality and is OPEN to disagreement. Close reading is about making an argument and defending it; she encourages you to make your own and grades very fairly!

Class is not easy unless you enjoy english. She makes every effort to help each student pass though. Enthusiasm is unparalleled. I hate english, and if I had to take a course again, I'd take her class. I recommend her as a professor.

Aimee makes a significant effort to help students, and demonstrates exceptional enthusiasm for the class. Lots of discussion, and expected participation. Essays are difficult because there is little direction, but she grades fairly as long as your ideas are presented well. One of the best instructors in the English department due to her enthusiasm.

I love her!!! She is the nicest woman I have ever met and she grades very easily. 4 one page papers, midterm, and final. If you read the books you will have no problem with anything. I usually hate 8am but her bright personality makes it worth taking a 8am!

She's the cutest teacher ever!!! So nice and grades very very easily. She walks you through every paper you write in a 2 week process. Definitely recommend her to anyone who needs English 110. SUCH A CUTIE. I LOVED HER!!!

Can't stress how much I loved her class! I hate english classes but she made class bearable! She's so passionate about it! Shes real quirky too which makes you enjoy the class. Took her 8am wasn't bad at all! definitely recommend taking her!

One of the best professors Ive ever had. Shes the sweetest lady in the world, always there for extra help,lets you revise 2 lowest graded essays @ end of semester, easy grader, gives great feedback, so energetic, class never gets boring,only bad thing is the class is an 8am but she is definitely worth it Take this class if you need Eng 298!
