I took this class in 3-hour sessions and I highly recommend not doing that. Part of it has to do with the material, but also the non-stop lecturing that makes it seem uber long. Good teacher, but definitely try to take her in shorter class periods.

GREAT teacher! She is nice, she makes you feel important if you ask her a question, I would recommend to not miss any classes, and start the HW manager EARLY!! Take Collins if you want to actually get something out of acct. and not just CRAM to get by. Oh and she is nice on grading!

For those of you who are like me, and are not naturally gifted in Accounting, Ms. Collins is who you need to take. She is always willing to help you outside of class. All the notes are online, and attendance is very laid back (You have to sign in at least 10 times for the semester). The reviews are super helpful 4 the tests! Take her!

This lady was an excellent teacher! She gives extra credit for being in class and not much homework except for Homework Manager which is easy. Don't buy the book you don't need it just study her notes she gives on her webpage! She wants you to make an A and will help you with any problems face during the course. It's sad she will moving to LubbockT

This class was VERY hard but dr. collins is extremely helpful. Don't take this class unless you need it. She teaches too fast imo but what can u do? DO ALL THE HOMEWORK INCLUDING HW MANAGER! Try to go to class as much as possible bc she gives out extra credit. Study the study guides. It's not going to be easy but you CAN pass if you put in effort.

This lady made this class damn near impossible to fail because she could get the material across in a flawless manner almost effortlessly. All you have to do is go to class and don't be afraid to ask when you don't understand. She's always in such a good mood and seems to love what she does which helps out quite a lot. Do ya work and you'll be ok.

I had Dr. Collins for Prin 2 after having a HORRIBLE teacher for Prin 1. She made everything VERY easy to understand and really wants her students to succeed. GREAT teacher if you need a good understanding of accounting.

Very good teacher. Class can get kind of boring. She gives a lot of extra credit opportunities. Test are straight from power points and quizes. All quizes are take home assignments. Take her if possible. Attend class and you are guarenteed to pass with a C.
