Ridiculous course, with no real work and no real content except a political point of view. I expected more scholarly look at Women's Studies - turns out that you only need to distrust men and vote Democrat to pass. Terrible.

Professor Zucker is really smart and really nice. She'll accommodate anyone who goes to her for help. She doesn't take attendance but she also doesn't post the PP online so while the materials easy you need to be there to get the notes or have a friend get them. Take her for research methods if you have to take it!

Alyssa was super helpful and she has a great deal of knowledge. She is always willing to help and is super understanding to all of her students. Would love to take any class with her again. She is an amazing teacher!

Makes PSYC 101 as painless as humanly possible. Down to earth and cares about whether or not her students are learning. Caters to students who are afraid of stats and makes lectures pretty interesting with a lot of humor and personal stories. In conclusion, Alyssa rocks my world.

easy class...all we did was talk about readings that you didnt actually have to read because the midterm and final were take home. the class was called gender bodies and health and i wasnt aware that this actually meant FEMINISM 101. it was dreadfully boring, but easy. she makes you do a social change project which is pointless and stupid.

I had Zucker for a dean's seminar, I the class was very interesting. She leads very interesting discussions, and it's easy to participate; she welcomes all comments. The final and midterm are take home, and there are reading for each class. The readings are usually easy though, and discussed in class. I highly recommen the class!

Yes she's a nice person, BUT all in all I hated her class. I was expecting to learn how disease differs in terms of sex. Instead I sat through a class with a raging feminist lesbian who only talked about women and how we're treated so badly. I printed so many of her mandatory articles i went through 2 printer cartridges and 500 picies of paper.

Wonderful professor! Made a boring course interesting; fair grader; responsive to emails; made a term paper easier by breaking it down to parts, so that you almost dont feel the work; there are 3 exams but no final. Whether a psych major or not take her, good experience.

Such an easy class, you don't even need to read the book for everything. She has a term project, but it's broken up into tiny parts, and spans the entire semester. Tests are definitely fair and not filled with surprises. She covers material slowly, and wants her students to do well. She's also a genuinely good person, and easily approachable.

Prof. Zucker is VERY helpful, VERY clear, and gives great examples to help you understand. Notes are clear, and her tests are okay/fair if you study for them. They do have written parts, though. There is a major term paper but it is easily do-able. She is the nicest woman and helps you with anything you need. Definitely take her for PSYC101.

I had Dr. Zucker in psyc research methods, a required course that could have been very boring. Dr. Zucker did her best to make it as interesting as possible, and I ended up really enjoying a class I thought I would hate. She has an a clear teaching style, and is one the best professors I've had.
