Amy is a phenomenal professor who truly loves to teach and help students understand the economy. She always is prepared with a real-world example to help students more clearly understand a theory or topic. While she is lecture-heavy, the homework is not too difficult if you do it on time. She's very understanding and relaxed if you just talk to her

Amy is a great economics teacher. She answers any question you have and explains the reasoning behind it so that you understand why. Her lectures are easy to follow but you have to read the textbook as she purposefully leaves some things out that end up on tests. She has offers plenty of extra credit and has "quizzes you can't fail".

Amy was definitely somewhat lecture heavy, but she also shows a ton of enthusiasm towards economics, being an economics major herself. I took ECO101 and 102 with her, and don't regret it at all.

Amy was my teacher for Eco 101, and I was pretty worried about how I'd do in her class. But, she came in super clutch with all her extra credit. In fact, she gives out tons of extra credit--for someone to get less than a C would be super embarrassing. I am not gonna say shes an easy-A, but easy B or C for sure, and thats all that really matters.

I took this class for a gen ed. It was pretty easy to be honest. Myers is the nicest lady you will meet on campus though. If you ever need anything just ask her, and she'll help you out. If you have to take Econ 101, take it with her.

Amy was my favorite teacher at Parkland. She was so enthusiastic about teaching Econ and made class a fun place to be. Often she would make some funny jokes and she as just an all around fun teacher. She also lets students use an index card with formulas on every test. I would definitely take

She is vey enthusiastic about teaching and enjoys class discussion. Allows a formula card on exams. The exams are very clear and exactly what she tells you to expect. Always available during office hours and even created a study group for my class during her office hours where she would answer any questions.

Amy is awesome. She knows the material very well and will give explanations and examples from many different view points so they are clear to everyone in the class. I also took her class for 102. She is by far my favorite professor and the reason I am now majoring in econ.

Although the tests are rather hard, Amy is a great teacher. She will always go over things multiple times until everybody understands it, and strongly encourages going to her office for help. She can be slow at times, but she is super nice and knows her Econ.

Amy is a wonderful teacher. She goes out of her way to make sure to explain things in different ways so that everyone in the class can understand and relate to the material. I wasn't too interested in the subject before taking her econ classes. Now I'm majoring in econ. Thanks Amy! :)

Amy is so nice! She WANTS her students to succeed. It's easy to zone out in her class, but don't- because although it seems extremely easy you may find yourself struggling on the tests. She gives lots of point opportunities and makes the material relevant and easy to understand. If you want an A, I recommend Amy Myers!

I took this class online last semester and I think Amy Myers is really good and recommended. I like her format with the class on how she believes helping students learn the material and not just memorize it. She seems pretty busy and is sometimes slow answering emails but that is ok. If you put in the time, you will do well in this class.

I took this class online last semester. Beware: this is not a blow off class. You will have to do a TON of online work. She gives you like a month to complete each section, but the sections are massive and the material is difficult. It gets harder after midterm. I recommend taking this class in person if you have that option and have to take it.

I took Economics 102 with Amy Meyers after one of my friends recommended her for the subject and all I can say is, "WHAT AN EASY CLASS!" The graading is simply too easy to go wrong on if you have even a moderate work ethic or intellegence.
