This professor is extremely helpful and will guide you through the course assignments. This was my first 3D course and I was used to drawing on paper but the professor helped me transition into the 3D world fairly easily.

Absolutely my favorite professor ever! She's much clearer than any other wheel throwing professor I've had and she really helps you if you're struggling. I'd recommend her to any beginners or experienced potters!

Annete is a great professor who is a highly skilled and experienced artist. She is very laid-back and will work with you if you have problems (as long as you speak up!). Her assignments are challenging, but she grades you on effort, not skill. Work hard and finish everything and there's no reason you shouldn't get at LEAST a B, if not an A.

Annette is a great artist and teacher! she is extremely knowledgeable and makes her own beautiful art. she will work with you and help in any way she can. grades solely on having the project done, not what it looks like. I plan on taking another art class with her and would definitely recommend her.

Annete knows a great deal about her subject, and she is very willing to share knowledge, demonstrate, share tools, whatever needed to help students. She expects effort, but nothing outragous. Very laid back and relaxed class, and one that I looked forward to every week.

So this class is ALOT of fun, if your interested in this stuff. expect to do 6 projects:wire sculpt., then a dowel project, a repeated form thingy w/clay (fun), clay relief, soapstone sculpture, and the final is found object. projects take quite alot of time if you want to. pretty fair on grading. journal&3ish page comparision paper also for work
