Very high energy and loud for 8am. But he loves what he does and helps students in any possible way. Easy A, the majority of the information is self explanatory. Attendance is mandatory, your grade is based on attending. But it is pretty easy to check in and then leave. Just get coffee before class!

Oh Lordy... All the energy and loud music was too much at 8 in the morning, and the "yawp" bit got old, very quickly. Props to Mr. Rice for being so enthusiastic so early in the morning, but I could have done without a good chunk of LAS101.

He was a little too enthusiastic to have as a teacher at 8 am! The LAS 101 class is very pointless and what i thought to be a waste of time! But it is very easy and only half a semester so its not too bad! You really don't even haveta pay attention, just have to go to class to pass.

This guy has great energy. If you have him for LAS 101, it is easy. Overall he is a great guy.
