It is a very hard class. She wasn't super helpful.. But the prof I have for acct 2 is worse so... Lots of homework, sadly most of the class is figuring it out on your own. Textbook was helpful since it has example problems.

I took her online class and here is my advice: 1. Do the homework and the lecture work this will save your life in the event you are terrible at taking exams. Take this work seriously and do it well!!!!!! 2. Take the exams, all of them, even if you are not confident. You do not want to be stuck with the beast that is the make-up assignment.

I took Ms. Glowacki for online 1301 & 1302 accounting. Take her if you can. I wasnt sure about taking accounting online but I needed both in 1 semester so I took her 8 week classes. Both were easy and I recommend her class online. There is so much information and resources available that you will easily pass if you do the work. Take her

Took her for ACCT I and II. Everything is through MyLab. Watch her video before class starts and follow her tips for success. Print those reviews before you do the HW and they are invaluable on exams. Keep up with the assignments and you should be okay.

Comment:

Reading is essential in order to complete the Pre-Lectures (due every Monday) and Homework (due every Friday). It is a lot of work, but definitely doable. I have had no interaction with the instructor, as everything is pretty self explanatory. Drops the two lowest homework grades and two lowest pre-lecture grades. Very strict on no late work.

Her power points consist of her copying and pasting some of the books text or images, that would not be a problem if she actually mentioned the focal points of the chapters. Her power points are useless they don't serve you as a guide which really disappoints. PP looks as something my little brother would do, just copy and paste meaningless text.

Took accounting online this summer. She was very responsive and allowed us to start a week or so early since the semester was so short. Set out exactly what was required from the start. The work and test were all fair and helpful.

Loved this professor. Most of your work is done yourself through MyLab. However, she's very helpful if you have questions. Answers quickly as well. Tip: Watch her video on how to succeed in class and follow it when she tells you print the chapter review before you do anything. Exams are very doable during the time allowed.

She's a great prof and I took her for financial& managerial accounting. Every week there is 2 long homework assignments due. Book is a must. She allows notecards on the 3-4 tests each semester. If you are on the border of getting the next letter grade, don't expect any sympathy from her, you'll get a ONE WORD email back from her turning you away.

If you are knowledgeable in accounting, she is a great teacher. However, if you know nothing about the subject, I would not take this professor. Everything is completed on MyAccountingLab and you teach yourself everything. It would be nicer if she posted materials online to help actually teach you, like videos or something.

She's a very easy going person. Attendance is optional as long as you keep up with the online homework and lectures. The tests can be tricky but for most of them she allows you to use a note card for each chapter. As long as you put time into filling out the notecard, the tests aren't that bad.

The semester is almost over with this online class. This class is great. I like MyAccountingLab a lot. It has a lot of helpful tools. Best online classes I've ever taken. I've had to drop out of other online classes because it was way to confusing. Read each chapter, then do the homework. She replies to emails, very helpful.

this instructor is great. Not too much homework. She always make sure that the student understand what she is talking that she is talking about before moving on in the course. she use a lot of life examples to help the student understand. If you have a business she can help with advises. The BEST!!!
