Prof Mullen is really interesting. Her lectures don't have structure all all. Through COVID she has seemed super disorganized and it also took her almost 8 weeks to grade our first exam. She's funny, because of her really out of pocket character, but she obviously is nice and the class is easy overall.

This class is easy but you have to show up to the class the majority of the time to get full participation. The lectures are super random and we get off-topic for majority of the lecture. One time she spent talking about why we shouldn't buy a house with lots of sidewalks so we don't have to shovel when we get older. Essay exams are book heavy!

Class is super easy. There are two tests throughout the semester and an optional final. The tests are in class but open note and open book. I really enjoyed the tests because they challenged you but are graded based on one supporting their own ideas. I liked this teacher enough to register for a class with her the following semester!

Ellen is one of the most caring professors. The class is pretty straight forward and she tries to make the best of it. You can get an easy A by doing the work and showing up to class.

The class is just her talking about herself, really boring and hard not ti skip. That being said it isn't that difficult, the exams are easy essay questions and rarely any homework. Useless class but an easy A

Completely unorganized class, assignments would be mentioned in class once and then you are expected to write a paper with no guidelines whatsoever. Attending class was pointless because we did noting of substance but there is random attendance. Professor is so scatterbrained and goes off topic so much it is a pointless class. Easy grader though.

Cares deeply about her field, but her class structure is terrible. I am in college and I should be challenged. Yes this class is an easy A, but it shouldn't be that way. ISU Business Management department is a joke.

Great professor. Her classes are generally easy. If you go to class, you will pass. Easy assignments and exams and is an easy grader.

No tests, easy group projects. Easy A in my book! You'll learn a decent amount without having to worry about memorizing everything. Just sit back and enjoy the class.

Mullen is an easy grader. 472 consisted of 2 papers, 2 group presentations, class journals, 3 news articles, and a few in-class assignments. It's all about diversity and I found the beginning interesting but later on it started to drag. If you turn everything in, however, you will get an A with minimal effort.

Ellen is very nice and such an easy grader. But she wastes so much of your time for the first 15 minutes of class talking about nothing. I had her for BUSAD250 too and so easy. If you want an easy A but not learn much, this if for you. Takes random attendance points.

The class itself is easy but beware of the tests! She does not do any activities, assignments, or quizzes to prepare you for the exams so it's on you to read the book and learn it. She lectures in class but they aren't very thorough. Show up to class and don't slack on CapSim, it's an easy way to earn points.

Ellen is a great professor. She is very easy going and understanding. There are no exams in this course, just two group presentations and two individual papers. I would take this course with her in a heart beat. You don't need to show up to class, but it is easy points if you do.

If you show up to class you will get a good grade. No homework, don't need to study, and only out of class group discussions.

Mullen's class is easy, likely the easiest I've taken. The material in lecture seemed very intuitive. The Capsim simulation was useful, but didn't accurately reflect business in the real world. My main complaint about Mullen was that it seemed like she wasn't really "there". We frequently had to remind her of deadlines and topics that she assigned.

This class is based off of an online simulation. Just research how to win the simulation for about 10 minutes, and you'll be fine. Divide up Capsim by the 4 sections and work during class. We got out early often. Tests come from lecture material, just look at the vocabulary words she tells you the day before the exam. The exam appeals help a lot!

This class was very interesting and sparked a lot of discussion about race, gender, religion, etc. in the workplace. There are three short papers, two group presentations, "journals", and attendance points (no exams!). Everything was graded very easily. This class would be useful to anyone planning on being a manager in any business.

She starts off the class with a random rant and then reads off of ppt slides. This class was difficult for me because I didn't buy the book. BUY THE BOOK. The tests are all vocab from chapters so memorize those, show up to class in case there's group work and pray to God your Capsim group is decent. The class is a running group project btw.

I think that Ms. Mullen was a good diversity MGMT teacher, she seemed pretty fair and easy going with us students and kept the class requirements to a manageable level. Though her views certainly lean toward the bleeding heart side she was still pretty open to other ideas and opinions that contrasted hers and the statusquo. Good class for diversity

Comment:
She is an extremely inconsistent grader when it comes to presentations and other work. She is also very unorganized. She has multiple classes and failed to mention the key points and assignments to all classes. The overall class is easy but she is one of the most unorganized professors I have had. Don't expect to get any help from her.
