Comment:
This professor was probably one of the worst professors I've had in my two years of college. He gives no instructions on the 5 papers that he assigns, and they are basically the only grade. He also assigned unrealistic amounts of reading and then goes off on rants about the subject that barely related to material.. I regret taking this class

Very arrogant, inserts a lot of his own political opinions, and ridicules anyone that disagrees with him. Goes on these completely unstructured rants about random stuff. Hasn't given us any notes to copy down since the second class, you just kind of have to guess what's important. Hard to understand because he talks in such a pretentious manner.

Just Dont do it to urself

I do not recommend. He does not let you miss class unless you have a doctor's note or a proof of travel (plane/train ticket). His tests are hard and you have to write a 5 page paper for each of the 5 units. He marks down each time you participate in class and uses that as your grade. On the bright side, he will help you if you need it.

This man is amazing! I am white and he was always very nice, he is DEFINITELY NOT prejudice against anyone! He is very easy-going about giving extensions, will answer any questions you have if you go up to him after class (not in email, and actually truly cares about the subject matter he is teaching.

If you like Philosophy I would take him. He is very passionate about Philosophy and knows what he is talking about. His class is not the easiest, but he gives you everything you need to know for the tests. All he wants is for you to succeed and will do anything to make you understand better. I have never had a Professor this easy going.

Fantastic. Take this class if you want to learn. If you want an easy grade, good luck, cause you won't find it here. You gotta do the work, but if you do you'll seriously learn more from him than you have from any other prof at Canisius.

This is a class for serious students who want to learn, discuss and debate. If you want an easy class, don?t take it. If you want to learn, definitely take it because you will learn a ton. He is approachable and is interested in his student?s growth. He will give you a guide for paper subjects and any other assistance you need. If you love philosop

Not a good teacher at all. He literally came into class one day crying and ranted for an hour about what is wrong with the world today. I didn't learn anything from the class. Tests are take home though so it's easy to pass

If you care about learning and want to be accurately informed without bias. This is a great class for you. If you want an easy A and have no respect for the subject matter, don't waste anyone's time including your own. Overall a wonderful learning experience, I would seek out more classes by this professor.
