I took him while I was an accounting major working in engineering for a local company. He acted like my engineering job was worthless and did not live up to the standards of an accounting major. Very bizarre. I switched to finance because of professors like him and graduated.

The course is a great idea but executed poorly. You must attend a business event, attendance is required, and have to prepare a resume to HIS preference in order to pass. He is not clear on his resume nor any communication. Do not take him unless you have to.

Although he does not require much work at all in this class, he is still not that great of a professor. He is lazy, arrogant and obnoxious. He does not teach, he just has guest speakers that do the work for him while he stands around in the back of class. He requires full attendance or he will not pass you. I will be avoiding him in the future.

Guest speakers talked most of the time in this class, and I appreciated their insight and the wide variety of accounting fields they talked about. The professor wasn't helpful with class material, though. Thankfully, it's a pass/fail class.

Literally the biggest piece of fat lard there is. Never have I hated a person more than I hate this fat duck. He is rude to guest speakers and is not helpful at all. The only good thing about him is that if you were stuck on a island with him, you could feed off of his fat butt for months.

I took Greenspan at UC in 1994. He marked an answer wrong when it was right. I questioned him and he accused me of changing it. He made the final really hard and loves to fail. I transferred to WSU and got an A in the same class. UC didn't give him tenure. UC owes me an apology. I have been in public acct for 18 years. Do not take this professor.

Has communication problems. He has rules that remain in his head until someone either 1. runs into it face first, 2. knows someone who ran into it face first, or 3. knows to ask in advance. Some of these rules result in automatic fails.

Every one who is commenting probably did terrible in his class. I can understand accounting isn't easy...but I think he is awesome, if you are going to take accounting as your career choice and take it seriously he will prepare you for the real world...CPA exam etc...

This guy seems alright. Mostly other people spoke in this class about careers in accounting. very helpful class, but Dr. Greenspan interrupts the speakers too much. I don't knwo if he's trying to ask questions he thinks the class has or what, but it gets pretty annoying and it makes you feel sorry for the guest speaker.

Stay away at all costs! He worships Beta Alpha Si too much. His tests were the hardest that I have ever taken! If he doesn't like you, you may as well drop the class because he will not help you!
