She is one of the best professors I have ever had. She truly cares for her students and tries to make the class interesting. It is not exactly an easy A because you do have to put in the work to get A's on the essays but overall she is a pretty lenient grader. Her personality is what made the class great. Take her!!

Prof. Addison is a phenomenal UNIV.101 instructor! She is easy to work with and not to mention that she is my advisor! She will work with you if you have any problems you may have on campus! And always go into this class with open-mind, you may never know what might happen in her class!

University 101 is not suppose to be difficult. I just wanted to say that she is a sweetheart. Seems a little crazy but I promise she's one of the nicest professors on campus. You're only allowed 2 absences but her class isn't that bad at all. You write like a few journal entries and do a video on yourself for your exam grade. EASY A FOR FRESHMEN.

She is very nice but she's ADD. Which makes it hard to keep up with what shes talking about. As long as you do your work(journals, and projects) and come to class(attendance is important) you're good. She is NOT the easiest U101 teacher and if you're looking for a teacher who doesn't do anything don't takes her. I would not recommend her...

Mrs. Addison is a fantastic teacher. She made a boring class really fun. She is super helpful and encouraging and hers ended up being my favorite class. I felt like I learned a lot from her and I really wish she was teaching more classes that I could take. Assignments weren't very hard, but a textbook is mandatory (the only thing I didn't like).

Mrs. Addison is a wonderful professor at Upstate! She was always willing to help me out whenever I had questions about my papers she assigned us to write! She makes class enjoyable and is not difficult at all! Do your best and go to the Writing Center if you need help as well, and you will do fine!! NEVER be afraid to go and ask her questions!

Mrs. Addison is a great professor. - I LOVE HER TO DEATH. She loves us like we are her own. She's always willing to help you with your paper and she extends the time if it's needed. We never have test and we only had about 1 or 2 quizzes which was a syllabus quiz! TAKE HER IF YOU CAN!

She is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!! She creates a friendly enviornment, gives you extra time on your papers if you need it, and is very easy to talk to. Her papers are acceptable in length and she hardly ever gives homework outside of the papers you have to do. All in all I say she's one of the BEST of the BEST(english teachers) upstate has to offer!

If you can take her class, then take it! I had her for Comp 101 and she was a wonderful teacher and would go out of her to make sure that you understand what needs to be done. I love her. All you do in the class is type three or four papers and all you do in class is talk about the papers and what you need help with. Do the work and you'll be fine.
