Nice guy and makes class interesting. Show up and take notes because he says a lot of stuff that will be on a test and doesn't include them in the slides. Tests are multiple choice and short answer and gives study guides for all of them. They can be challenging but not bad at all if you study. Interesting class and not too hard.

Very smart man. Knows how to make boring topics really interesting. I did not look at the clock once during his class. Doesn't take attendance and tests match up with the study guides. Really great guy.

Cordon is an energetic professor who is really passionate about what he teaches! Tests are only the only grades in this class so being at lectures is important, even though he puts the slides online. There's still some topics on the tests that are not in the book. He's understands tests are stressful and makes them easy and adds humor in them too.

do not skip class. He does put the slides on blackboard but he says a lot of important information that is not on the slides. Tests are pretty hard, mostly open ended. He is also a slow grader. You have to do good on the tests because there are only tests and one paper, nothing else.

One of the best professors I've had at Eastern! He goes over everything that is on the exam and gives out study guides. He tells the history of psychology like a story, and is absolutely hilarious. Go to class, and you'll do fine. There is a paper, but it's not too bad!

Dr. Cordon is an amazing teacher who really cares and is knowledgable about what he is teaching. He does not just read of the slides in his classroom and digresses often but usually with funny stories that help you remember the material better. The only warning is that you HAVE to take notes on what he is saying as well as what's on the slide.

Cordon is amazing, his lectures are entertaining, engaging, and he's just a wonderful professor. His History and System lecture is probably the best class to take, you learn a lot and it's really very interesting. He is also incredibly funny and very personable. Likes to joke around, and fun to chat with about psych and the world as a whole.

Awesome. I love that he just has tests and a paper and no silly busy work. He makes the most boring material the most exciting stuff to learn about. He's funny and will let you know exactly what will be on the tests. He is really good at explaining concepts in a way they people will understand. Definitely take him

This was a very interesting course, I was intrigued by many of the facts Dr. Cordon taught us. He clearly loves everything that he discusses, which makes the class want to pay attention. The tests aren't hard if you take REALLY good notes. Last paper isn't too difficult but I don't think he reads them... Overall, awesome class with a great teacher!

Overall good prof. Easy exams if you study your notes. I rarely touched the book and still did well on exams. Paper assignment is a little confusing, but class is easy and somewhat boring, but he's a really nice understanding guy.

Cordon is the man! There was only one class that was boring out of the whole semester. Who knew history and systems at 8 in the morning would be fun. You have 4 tests and a paper. The paper is hard but hes cool about it. I would def. take him for this class he knows what hes talking about and is a funny lecturer. :D

Lots of info to know for exams, but he goes over every single item in class, and it's also directly in text. He's enjoyable to have as a professor - I took him 4 times for various psych courses.

Great guy, straightforward teaching. Lectures are done from powerpoints and he puts all of the slides online. Fairly easy as long as you study the notes and study guide. Basically no homework, just 4 exams, and he drops the lowest grade.
