He is by far the best professor! If you want to pass, take him. I don't know why people are dissing him. e makes it super easy, so these people clearly did not study.

This is a tough class in general if you're at the point where you're just ready to be done with advanced formulas & math. He is a good professor, very helpful with helping make the class easier than it is. Pay attention, ask questions and do all the homework, you should have no problem passing. He has a deep accent but helps the best he can always.

Take this teacher! He is super nice and makes the concepts and problems very easy to understand. I learned a lot in this class and from what I heard, he is a much better and easier professor than those at main. If you do the homeworks, excel exercises, and study what he tells you to for the tests, you should get a B+ at the very least.

He does have the heavy accent, but after the first week you can understand him and he writes EVERYTHING he says on the board and gives you access to powerpoints (unlike other finance profs). His tests are his own and there's no arguing grades for those. Much better than the other finance teachers available.

He's the cutest man ever. Has a thick accent but if you pay attention you can understand him. He gives a lot of examples and makes his own tests (not the department's tests) so I would definitely take him for finance. He's a great person and a pretty good teacher

This prof is extremely knowledgeable. He easily the best at Fox in spite of his accent. Take him if you want to lean real estate investments.

Dude's accent is so thick that it was hard to understand him. Overall, he was cool but the curriculum was the same in every other section. lets you out early as daylight if you have him for a night class.

Dont buy the book, you absolutely will never use it. All of his slides are very detailed and enough for all of his exams/projects. He had one midterm, and a final with one large project that was 30% of our grade. Get into a good group that knows what theyre talking about and you should be fine.

I didn't learn much in class due to his accent. Exams are straight forward, but a lil hard if you don't know the material. Don't expect help from the teacher, you will have to teach yourself most of the time. Formula sheet is given but most of the time the formula on there is no help on the exam. Take this guy with caution.

This is one of the easier classes I had my senior year. The homeworks are straightforward, and he tells you exactly what is on the exams, and you get a cheat sheet. No surprises, very easy! He's a good guy, not the best teacher, but the material is easy to teach yourself. Go to class and take notes anyway. Always lets you out mad early too.

HIS THICK ACCENT MADE LEARNING THE MATERIAL IMPOSSIBLE. DURING HIS LECTURES HE WATERS DOWN THE MATERIAL, AND WHEN THE EXAM TIME COMES HE CHALLENGES NON-FINANCE MAJORS LIKE GRAD STUDENTS. HE ALSO TESTED US ON MATERIAL THAT HE FAILED TO COVER BECAUSE HE WANTED TO ATTEND AN EVENT THAT HAD NO RELEVANCE TO TEMPLE. HE WASTED MY MONEY, AND TIME.
