Pretty good prof. Posted slides before class and problem sets after every class. Midterms and final where mostly based on in class notes and practice questions. Lots of examples in class so attendance helps understanding a ton.

Though he has an accent made of chinese and french, understanding him maybe hard. but he's a nice guy and notes are ok. hw is alright.for mid and final just read text and study from review pkgs. Dr. Ye is funny cuz he accidently made the fire alarm go off once lol

This guy is the worst prof I have had at SFU. His lectures are very difficult to follow, he has a very thick accent. Going for help is useless as he rarely attends his office hours. Going for help after lecture is no better. He quickly brushes you off and at best refers you to the T.A for help. I have no positive things to say about this prof.

He was born in China, grew up in France and then came to Canada. He has an asain/french accent which makes it impossible to understand him. Overall he is really nice and seems to LOVE what he's teaching. Tests are fair and multiple choice. Only downside is the accent.

nice person, willing to help students. watch out his notes come from the textboook. can be hard to understand since his english is not fluent. suprising his 2nd language is french for an azn guy. funny how he always show demos 45s b4 class ends, he always go like " no no no plz dont go" in such an accent.
