Honestly, I don't know why I didn't take this professor the first time. I failed this class by 1% the first time I took it. I'm so bad at math, but Miranda helped me so much. There's a lot of homework, but you have a while to do it. Such a helpful and clear professor. Without a doubt I would take him again! He also gives a TON of extra credit.

I struggled with math all my life,yet professor Miranda helped me understand everything that i could not all throughout high school. People complained about the class but that's only because they did not do their part. He even helped students out side class hours. Highly recommend.

I have struggled with algebra my entire life until I came to Prof. Miranda's class. He is an outstanding instructor. Just go to class everyday, do the homework, ask questions and he is willing to help. He is a master of his craft!

He just goes way too fast. If you ask him a question he tries to make you feel stupid. He knows his math very well though and he's a nice person but he's way too fast.But he always mentions to go to the math depot of you ever need help because he's always there.

I'm currently taking Professor Miranda's class and I like him. Math is my worst subject, so that makes it a little hard for me but he breaks everything down and goes over the hw. He also gives you a chance to re-do your test if you get below a 70.. You HAVE to do the online quizzes & attendance is mandatory..but He's a good teacher, take him.

Prof. Miranda is a kind and dedicated math teacher. He is always on time and started class on schedule. Most of the student were late even though he was always insisting on people being on time. He covered all the course material. He is the only professor that had given students a chance to makeup every test. On every class he went over the hmwk.

I am currently taking him, and I'm not saying he is a bad teacher, but his attitude is just messed up. One day i walked in class and I was getting off the phone with my mom; he tells me to shut up and pay attention when class had not even started yet, which he always starts class with 3 people there. NO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!

He is awesomeee!! You have to pay attention in class and if for some reason you get lost or have additional questions his office is always open for questions! Attendance is mandatory but if you happen to be absent and explain to him why the reason of your absence he will do anything and everything to help you get back on track!I LOVE THIS TEACHER!!

You have te be in his class to see all the disrespect he has to handle daily. Some of the students seemed to be raised by wolves. Being a student mysel could not believe this. That's why he is very direct with them. Some student think that just because the come to class they'll pass the course.

Yes he likes belittle people if you shout out the wrong answer. He is not a one to one kind of professor if you have any Question he'll send u to the learning center. but I still learned with him so it's really up to the person. he gives 13 Quizzes and 2 test through out the semester. Quizzes are take home and internet.

He belittles you for asking questions,told class that if you failed the midterm to not even bother coming back,if your bad at math take Mr. Groccia not Miranda youll most likely have to take the class again. Most of the class most of the time was lost but he didnt care because quote on quote its stuff that we should already know BEWARE!!!
