I've taken many classes with Dr. Crowther; he's a great teacher. Read, pay attention in class, and prepare for the tests. The first one I ever took with him I didn't and got a D+. But if you prepare it's no problem. He can be intimidating but once you get over that he is one of the most personable people you will ever meet. I miss his classes.

He is a great Proffesor. While his classes can be a lot of reading, he tries to pick interesting books for his classes. He is also absolutly hillarious. One of the funniest, most sarcastic Proffessors i have had at Adams.

His history class was easier than the history classes I took in high school! You don't have to come to class, he tells you beforehand that you'll be tested on 5/8 words he gives you and 1/4 essay questions he gives you. I hate history & couldn't have asked for an easier history class. VERY boring but VERY easy!

he lectures and you read the assignments, he's fun to listen to and makes things personal so you are interested. he expects you to do the work, so do it, he doesn't care if you don't. he's a wickedly easy grader, there's a lot of reading.. but as some point out, you can get away with just reading for the test questions/terms before test

Dr. Crowther is by far one of the funniest, neatest, and craziest professors on campus. He can get you up and ready to go at 8 in the morning like it's nothing. His lectures are always filled with curve balls and jokes. I'd highly reccomend him.

He's an awesome teacher. I love history, and he really did a good job of conveying the material and adding in all these interesting tidbits. Take Crowther's class if you're not afraid to work hard, but learn a lot. It's awesome.
