Prof. Vargis class is so easy-going! He's hilarious and makes class so enjoyable. Not sure if every class is different, but he customized his lessons according to our feedback. Pop quizzes and tests are generally vocabulary based. He provided study guides which were also very helpful.

I took Mr. Vargis Fall of 2010 & so far hes the best teacher I've ever had! Seriously, he's funny, relatable, and although he has an accent he speaks clear. I would highly recommend any student that needs to take political science to take Mr. V.He makes politics fun and intersting..All you have to do is study(Given) BEST TEACHER EVER, I PROMISE :)

Mr. Vargis is a great teacher. Class requires a lot of reading and u must pay attention in class. He gives ample opportunity for extra credit. Posts study guides and reviews prior to tests. Chapter summaries are also posted. Does everything he can to help you pass this class, up to you to study and take all quizzes and tests. Loved this class!

Mr. Vargis is a good professor, has a good online class. We have to read but I am not sure why others commented about 9 mins to take 6 quizzes. He should give only 6 minutes to take 6 questions. In my face-to-face class we get only 5 minutes to answer 6 questions.

Great teacher. As long as u complete discussions, quizzes, and exams and read you should make an A. The only exceptional thing is the time to take the quizzes are ridiculous (answer 6 questions in 9 min.). I made a D in his online class this summer due to missing assign. and not enough time to complete quizzes.

I took Vargis's Online Summer session I have to say that he is far the worst teacher I have had @ GPC. Based on prev comments, I'm assuming he might be different in campus than Online. I read the book, PP's and chpt summaries and I barely got a C. He gave us 9 min. to answer 6 ques on two chapt. I am pissed, he is just ridiculous!!!!

I guess he figured it was set up so easy he didn't have to help us. He was kind of rude the couple of times I did contact him.
