Bipolar is not something we learned in her psychology classs but rahter a description of the professor. Arrogant and ignorant, this woman must have had good luck to get where she is because she definitely did not use her brain.

Yes, this class is hard, but I still learned a lot. I loved this class, but also had to work my butt off. As long as you are willing to work, you should do fine!

Dr. Walley-Jean is a tricky professor. This professor believes that it is not her duty to make sure that students understand the information at all. So basically, if you don't get it, you just don't get it. We didn't get to half of the information on the syllabus because of the digression that takes place in class. I wouldn't take her again.

People complain about Dr. Walley, but seriously, she's a very cool professor who relates psychology to the real world. She's reasonable and she requires college-level work from you, and she doesn't take any mess. I recommend her for General Psych.

I like her, she let me into her class when no one else would and accomodaed for me. . . but it's conversations about victims of hurricane Katrina who want donations from Banana Republic and Ann Taylor that keep us from ever finishing the notes. lol. That story was funny though.

Dr. Walley's a great professor; she relates psychology to real life and makes the text interesting and understandable. She does have her pet peeves, and you can get onto her bad side, but she makes very clear what she expects and what she will tolerate. Great professor.

J. Celeste Walley-Jean; she's my spelman sis, and I love her! She wrote the best (and most honest...)recommendations, was sharp and generally on top of her stuff...a great role model for all Spelman Women!

She is cool....always talk on tangent a lot. But she is a slacker...does the easy way out when teaching especially with note. She springs stuff on you and doesnt care. This is only her second year teaching and she is definately a newbie!
