I love The Beatles, so I was excited for the content of this class. The teacher doesn't do anything personally. Watch the twelve 2 min video, answer 5 questions, 2 discussions, 4 exams. He opens half up and the other half a few weeks later and I did everything in 2 hours. Easiest class ever and I love the content. didn't watch any lectures either

Got an A. Took me 2 days of working on the course to get there. Listened to about 40% of lectures. They're 10-45 minutes in length each. If you have no idea about music, or are a foreigner, this class will be hard. Overall, you gotta have an idea of what various genres of music sound like. Google and Shazam did it for me. Not too hard but A

You do not need course hero, that's just extremely lazy. You do not need the book. The lectures have key points mentioned in the videos, as long as you know basic note taking, it's incredibly easy. Practically all answers are given in the lecture for the exams. Use youtube search on how specific instruments sound for quizzes. A's are not hand outs.

Don't expect an A without course-hero. Don't need to buy, just open a new incognito tab every time it kicks you out. Not all answers on there are correct. Forget about the lectures they don't even help.

IDK why everyone says this is the easiest class. I was two points away from an A. Test questions were very specific and CourseHero has the wrong answers. Not that many grades go in so try not to mess it up. To be fair I never listened to the lecture videos/was lazy. I'd say it's easy, but you have to put effort in. No hate to the prof tho.

I've taken two classes by this professor. Beatles and Beatles After the Beatles, I LOVED THEM. Yes you have to actually watch and listen to the lectures but if you're interested in the Beatles or music in this era TAKE THIS CLASS. SO fun and an easy GPA booster! I wish he had more classes.

I got 96% and only did about 8 hours of work spread apart of two days. Do not listen to lectures. Just Google / Shazam the assignments. Don't buy the textbooks. Anyone who says this class is hard is doing it wrong. No +s or -s. Easiest A of my life!

The class is only 200 points so if you miss 20 points you will have a B already. You have to be careful and know the material. He was not helpful at all. And people say this is the easiest class, they are so wrong.

I'm a pre-med major and this is one of the hardest courses I've taken! The exams ask for super minute details from the lectures. If you take notes on the lecture videos, it can take 10 hours for one unit of notes. DO NOT BUY THE TEXTBOOKS! All exam info is from his lectures. Difficulty of the ?'s makes a "fun" class a dreadful one. Nice prof. tho!

This class will be your most time consuming class ever. The lectures are completely outdated and you can hardly hear the teacher. They are all audio lectures over 10 min long. For one unit it could be 10 hours of listening to audio. Impossible to get through. He needs to update them and do video lectures. The lectures are also random facts :(

It's all about Googling answers on course hero. Just be careful with some questions that are from certain articles. You can't find it on course hero. You can just Google the article and Ctrl+F the keyword from the questions you will get it right. BTW, "NOT" all the answers from course hero are correct, u gotta check it from multiple documents

Whoever said this is the easiest class at asu is wrong. Maybe it was back then but now it's not. The lectures take forever to get through and the exams are the tiniest details said and it's SO much information. Very tricky to and about things you wouldn't be able to answer.

One of the most boring classes I've taken. I was scared to get academic dishonesty so I did not sign up for study websites, I actually listened to all the long, dreadful lectures. The class is so outdated. It is almost impossible to remember the tiniest details for the tests, especially with the horrible quality of lectures. Very time consuming.

Prof video lectures, seems good. It's still an easy upper div BUT u need to spend SOME time watchin vids/notes as not everything is googleable + shazamable in the quiz/exams. Despite that it's still one of the easiest ones and is lowkey interesting. Expect 1-2hrs/wk of work. Opens 2nd half of class midway through so its possible to grind it outfast

theres no excuse to get an a in this class. i didnt watch any of the lecture videos and all of the quiz/test answers can be found online. theres 2 discussion boards, but i dont even think anyone reads them. i read a classmates post and he was thanking a friend for giving him a ride and hopefully theyll see each other in church

This class is easy enough. You listen to lectures, complete short quiz-like assignments, take 4 tests, and do 2 discussion boards. Devote a little bit of time to the class and you will pass with an easy A. Plus who doesn't love Elvis?!

4 units. 3 assignments, 1 exam, 1 db, 8-10 lectures each unit. Exams are not as googleable as you would think, they come from lectures. Lectures are about 15 min each and boring. Assignments are easy, come from book and videos he posts. Not a hard class, but unless you have tons of extra time to listen and take notes, don't take this class.
