Great professor! Really chilled out, approachable, and understanding. When the class got bored, he'd let us out early (although this happened a bit too often). Explained grammar really well and took up all exercises in class, which was really helpful. Very fair workload and pretty easy marker.

Very nice person in general, a bit more homework and strictness would have been nice, as I tend to respond better to taskmaster teachers... He is very cute and has a great accent, but often when he switches to English I get a bit freaked as his english is so perfect and at the other end of the spectrum... I will be taking other classes with him...

Chevrier is great. He has his favourites in the class, but if you do the work, and will do well, guaranteed. And probably even if you don't do the work. This class definitely helped my French out a lot. And he's kinda cute.

Yes, the course was easy. Learning grammar was fun too. Oral presentations were no sweat. Journal de bord, you needn't work on it at all. This course was so relaxing, attendance wasn't all important. Take it take it, you'd get an A if you're a talker!

I was disappointed with this 2nd yr class. I was expecting university level French to be much more demanding, but was obviously wrong. Chevrier's course outline is pointless and full of grammar. Take it if you want an easy pass.

WORST PROF I HAVE EVER HAD. We have a class of 30 people and he knows about 3 people's names. He doesn't give a crap about anyone, he doesn't spend more than 5 minutes explaining anything and he doesn't have a grading system -- he gives you whatever mark he feels like and can't justify it. DO NOT TAKE A CLASS WITH HIM.

Awesome prof, improved my French drastically - I took another French course simultaneously (2100) and my prof there said I improved more than anyone else in the class - she wondered what I had done. He is also really nice and helpful, and usually interesting.

Awesome teacher! He is truly a nice guy!! Would totally take another one of his classes! Made english grammar actually fun! ALWAYS let class out early!! Taught only what was needed to be taught... Fair test and Quizzes! Take one of his classes for sure!! He knows his stuff too!!

He's a great guy, very, very nice. Genuine man, he's a sweet guy. Don't be shocked if you learn nothing though... and he'll let you out 1/2 an hour to an hour early. He only took up the full 2 hours once, and when he did he made a big deal of it and was really proud. haha. He's great. Take his class

This was an very easy class. He really did let us out half-way through the class all the time (if not earlier), and the assignments were a breeze. If you want easy marks, Chevrier's your man. If you want to improve your mind, choose another prof.
