Pat is such an amazing instructor! I am sure it helps that she has been teaching this class for about 30 yrs. She makes the class easy to understand, and is super approachable. It is very evident that she wants all of her students to pass, so do NOT be afraid of asking for help. She will sit and explain it to you in as many ways as she has to.

Pat is an amazing professor. She is so smart and loves to share her knowledge. LEARN HER FLOW CHARTS, and you will pass the class no problem. She is lecture heavy but not with useless knowledg. About 8 tests in the semester each 8 questions- if you know her flow charts you will not fail. 10/10 recomend. Wish I could only take her classes forever.

Best teacher I've ever had!!! She cares so much and she is quick about emailing back. She is easy to reach and has flexible office hours. She really cares about students learning. I would definitely recommend her.

Probably the best teacher I've ever worked with. There is a lot of information, but pay attention in class and you will do great. She is available by email pretty quickly. Will answer any questions you have.

Pat is one of the most resourceful and useful people I that I have come into contact with. The woman knows every answer to any question you may have. She is more than willing to help you understand the material. Be sure to show up to every class and take down everything on the board and everything she says. Write everything you know on tests!

As an individual very nice but, not so good at making you understand her notes during lecture. Never had Pat previously but assumed her online tutorials would help, wrong. Though tutorials are waay better than the lecture, not really updated and links never work. Basically, study groups give you a fighting chance of passing

Very awesome instructor! I am finishing up Anatomy with her right now and it was definitely a ride! Lots a material will be covered each and EVERY class, don't expect to get out early. Take advantage of her website and Pat herself because she will not stop until you understand the concepts! Write everything you can on the tests! Would recommend! :)

Pat is such a great teacher. She explains everything in a simpler way and offers many resources on her moodle or class website. She definitely wants you to be detailed in your responses and explain everything you know. She may be tougher than other teachers, but you will learn so much from her.

Very hard grader and doesn't explain things very well. Not helpful if you ask questions. I transferred out of her class and into another. I did not care for her teaching style

If u have a question ask. Don't be afraid to go to her for help, she will go over something entirely at your pass , even give you extra older notes from when she previously taught the class. Didn't even by the text book, the PowerPoint and her written notes n flow charts are more than enough

Loved her. So helpful if you put the work into it. She cares as much as you care. Expect participation. Lots of quizzes though. Write all that you can on the exam she'll give you extra points for it. :) Would take her again, very smart person.

Pat is a great Instructor, I would recommend her for both A&P and Patho. She is able to make the concepts easy to grasp.I don't believe she was overwhelming she works at the right pace. She is a tough grader, as she should be.

I took Pat for A & P and Patho. She taught complex concepts that were very resourceful when I took my advanced nursing courses. In fact, I did not study much for many of my advanced learining becasue I had a solid foundation that Pat invested in me. She is AWESOME!

Failed class once before... teacher is extremely difficult. Each time the class had only about half the amount of students after the drop date. woman is crazy difficult.

Comment:

She is tough but fair, and showing up to class is key. Be sure to take advantage of study groups, case studies and online teaching for sure! Also, the weekly quizzes add up so DON'T miss them. All of the material builds on itself and she uses different teaching styles throughout the semester - stay on your game and you'll be a-okay.
