Class is over so I can say THANK YOU for offering such great course. The assignments and exams were very tough for me, but I learned more from you than I did in any one of my other 6 classes of the Lakehead program. This is the first time I felt that I REALLY understood what I was doing. Your explanations were so perfect.

Dr. Mohammed was great in that he didnt just expose you to new concepts in programming he made you THINK. This was sort of frustrating at exams and assignments, but it helped me understand the material much better.

Not a good lecturer, Is very particular about people trying to steal his slides even though they are very long and not that helpful. Also can find many examples and problems that were copied from another resource.

Awesome professor!! He brings enthusiasm and experience to every lecture. He is very approachable and understanding. The class is kind of hard but he made it entertaining. Provided good connections of material on mobile technologies to real world problems. I wish I could provide constructive criticism, but I cant. Absolutely fantastic.

Sabah is a kind of quirky prof, but if you can look past the quirks you will learn a lot. Although the class was extremely fast paced, and loaded with challenging assignments that required you to learn new languages basically on your own to complete, they were graded very easily so long as you put the work in. Be wary of leaving things to last min

Comment:

I learned a lot about making smart algorithms and making applications in SWI-Prolog and Python from this caring professor. Although his lectures are long, he has a special way of taking difficult topics and presenting them in an easy to understand manner. I would definitely recommend taking any course taught by this professor.

Class extremely difficult. Poorly taught and complex. Extremely fast workload and overall pace of course. Was unable to keep up with this course so I had to drop it. Didn't understand most of his lectures and he would often make jokes I didn't understand what were the point of.

High-paced, high workload, but well-designed assignments. Very good at encouraging students to do their best and a pleasure to work with. Concepts taught help other fourth year classes. Fills gaps in about what Allaire was supposed to have taught. Difficult final exam, but he gave us a chance at having 10% bonus in the class to minimize its damage
