I might not have done half as well in my calculus class if not for Dr. Wilkinsons engaging lectures and great feedback. He always gave plenty of time during class for questions on homework. I would love to take more calculus with him.

He's very knowledgeable of the content, and his exams are easy if you understand the basics. There is a lot of homework, but heck it's a 5 CREDIT HOUR CLASS! I would take him again for future classes.

Dr. Wilkinson is a good guy. For a 5-credit math class, I don't think anyone died, but it was pretty tough. He gives an insane amount of homework, which usually have pretty challenging problems, but his exams are very straightforward and easy. He also spends like the first half of every single class going over questions anyone had on homework.

He was very unclear in lectures and would rely on students for answers, then realize halfway through lecture that there was an incorrect answer, leading to a lot of unclear notes. A lot of assignments, and some group work. I am not sure about tests as I did not stick around long enough. Lectures left me confused and looking for answers elsewhere.

Professor Wilkinson is such a great guy. He's dorky and loves math a ton. This class was an absolute cakewalk if you had basically any kind of programming background.

This man is an angel sent to the mathematical world. No one on Earth loves math as much as this man. He admits to being lazy, but you can't blame him because he's a mathematician.

Good teacher, available outside class, tested over material that was covered (no trick questions), homework every night but I didn't have any issues keeping up with it.

Professor Wilkinson is kind of a dork. We got weekly assignments he makes up and gives assignments from the book everyday, but he doesn't grade book assignments that hard. Tests were difficult but you're allowed to have a cheatsheet for notes and whatever you want. Attendance not required, but his notes are rather useless unless you're there.

Nice guy, but does not know how to take control of a class. During my section several students spoke loudly during his lectures making it near impossible for me, who is bad a math anyway, to hear him. He said nothing to these and continued on lecturing. Very frustrating

I think he is an excellent calculus 2 professor. He is very clear, and uses many examples to demonstrate concepts. He makes it clear what will be on his exams, so as long as you do your homework assignments and attend class, you should be fine. I think he's kinda goofy, which makes the 5 credit hours a week less tedious.

Nice professor. He's pretty good at explaning math concepts. Only a couple of HW problems a night, and a few exams. Textbook wasn't used except when you had a project to present. I didn't enjoy the student presentations. Sometimes I had a hard time understanding what they were explaning and didn't understand the homework problems every time.

He was an awesome math prof., having previously taken this course at NKU and with a different prof. (and failing) I can positively say he is the best prof. to take if math isn't your best subject. Really understood how to teach a low level math course, understood how to help students and wasn't too boring, homework every night, but not to hard

GREAT professor. Loves what he does. Assigns homework every class...but only 3-4 problems. If you keep up, take notes, and put forth effort to learn, you'll do OK. I had to work HARD in this class b/c I'm awful in math-but pulled out an A. He lets you have an index card of any cheat notes, f&B on exams and a whole page f&b on the final.

He was not able to explain Discrete Math very well. In fact, he makes students do the work with multiple "presentation problems" every class, taking up way too much time. Worse, he doesn't even correct us when we're wrong! He doesn't seem to understand the material well, and it's fairly difficult material. At least his exams are cake.

Weird guy, Super excited about mathmatics. Good teacher, really understands teaching a low lvl math class, He is very smart. Willing to work with students outside of the class, and very understanding if you have problems. work includes, some geometry, problem solving, and probablility. Good class to take, minimal homework, easy A if you do the work.

Easy class if you pay attention and take notes. Lets you take in an index card cheat sheet for tests and a whole page for the final. Have to write a research paper and do a presentation, but he grades very fair and it wasn't hard at all to get an A in this class. Homework every day, but 5 or less problems.

I hate math, but he is Cool. I had some problems this semeseter and he was very understanding. Homework is easy, only 3 or so problems, and grades easy. Allows us to make a "cheat sheet" for tests which HELP!!! First half of class attendance is recorded, after that he doesn't care. I recommend him. Highest score i have ever gotten in a math class.

Math professor so most of the programs assigned were math based. Not always clear on what we were trying to learn, but he did his best to help if you shot him an email. Only complaint is that you didn't know what you're grade was because he didn't post them throughout the semester.
