Stoney is AMAZING! He is a very easy grader! Lots of group projects, but he is very understanding if your group sucks. If you have social relations please take him! He makes the class so easy and exciting!

Comment:

Stoney is a wonderful person and that's it. He's not a great teacher for this class. He skipped a lot of the slides and topics. He doesn't really use the slides, he just talks about some of the topics. Be ready to read a lot because he'll ask questions based on the book. The class is tedious and I keep asking myself what I'm doing in class.

Let me be clear: Stoney is a wonderful person and a great teacher. The problem is the course. It is not well organized and has no concrete structure. The slides are too general and all over the place, and Stoney skipped a bunch. The homework is TEDIOUS. Multiple presentations and videos. A kind, funny teacher, but the course is meh.

Overall a good prof. Didn't know all his stuff in this class. Slides are long and he basically flips through the ones he doesn't know about- but they aren't on the test. Group work is tedious in this specific class. Making videos, presentations, lots of busy work. Marked hard in the beginning of the class but easier in the end.

I think Stoney is a wonderful man who really cares about his students. But I wish the course was more organized and delivered in a more serious manner. In class, he is very easy going but the tests are difficult.

Stoney is a very easy professor to talk with and is extremly helpful. However if you're taking his classes don't take them lightly. There is lots to read. His test are fairly long but very fair and always based directly on what we've done in class. He also tries to makes his classes fun and interesting.
