Talley is incredibly easy, you can basically skip class, never buy the book, and long as you look over the power points you can ace his tests. He is a bit dry so if sitting through that isnt your thing just dont go to class

Dr. Talley is a tad dry and he doesn't use PowerPoint presentations as well as other professors. That being said, he is very knowledgeable about transportation and especially port management. He is very fair in his exams and in grading. I would take him again.

Dr. Talley is nice guy but a litte dry. He needs to use more of classroom technology available like powerpoint instead of an overhead projector. Prof helps focus your study efforts prior to exam. Simply do the work & get the grade.
