He cant get students to do well in his class because he cant teach his students. He pretends to be nice in class but when you go in to ask him for help or ask about a grade he never helps he just says review your notes or he is always right. His homework is repetitive and you have to use excel which takes 3 times as long as it should.

Comment:

Dr. Pandits skill in teaching lies in his ability to teach his material step by step in a manner that is clear and concise. He KNOWs what parts students mess up on. I would rather have him for every class i take. His experience is unparalleled. The only criticism I have for him is he is hard to relate to. Which I assume is just his persona.

He's really good at explaining everything clearly and concisely and will go over it again if you don't understand. He's always willing to help if you're willing to ask but he's not going to give you the answers. You need to put work into it. Overall great professor. He may be tough, but I learned a lot.

makes it hard for the students to pass.He says to the students come to my office hours to get help,but the fact is from my experience,I went to his office to receive some help and instead of receiving some help, he gave me a pop quiz that worth 15% of my overall letter grade.Be aware of going to his office to receive help,because he will popquiz u!

Different teaching style from others. Seems hard at first but once you do the work you will get the grade. Teaches a valuable lesson for the real working world. Do it the way the boss wants it.. full stop!! Good luck..

You have to work for your "A", but I believe anything that is easy and you don't have to work for is not worth a penny. Take good notes, read them, do your HW, and you should be alright. By the way, you do need to get used to his testing style. But overall he is a very good teacher.
