Not only an amazing Chef but the coolest guy! So nice and encouraging towards students and never makes you feel bad for mistakes! He made a hard class fun and one I really looked forward to going to. 10/10 guy highly recommend! JWU is lucky to have him!

Had Chef Hitz for Artisan Breads and Vienoisserie. He is a great chef!! He is very helpful and encouraging. He will call your group out for making mistakes but it is all for the good if learning. You will have a great time in his class because he is hilarious and gives you a lot of helpful information. Very experienced Chef!!

One of the hardest classes I took but definitely one of the most knowledgeable. Strict with hw and how each product looks but will help you anytime. He never gives up on a student and is always eager to share his knowledge. One of the best chefs in the school!!!

I had Chef hitz for fresh. artisian breadmaking and vienn. he was amazing. He made the class very fun but you have to work hard for your grade. He is very helpful and has an obbsession with bread haha! If you ever get the chance to have him take it! you will learn so much
