Prof has a lot of experience and loves class discussion/participation. He's very passionate about learning and does a good job of remembering that your not their to become an attorney. Keep up with the reading, participate, take good notes and you'll do fine. He also gives good personal ancedotes which help pass the time.

Great professor. Not easy to get A but you will learn a lot. He has a lot of experience in the real world and he shares his success AND failures with us. Very helpful. Take him if he's teaching that semester!

Prof is very helpful and loves discussion. Reading can get ahead of lecture making class boring at times. However, tests are straightforward and class discussions can be good. Read the book and you'll do well. Use the publisher's online quizzes, they help.
