this class is a joke. soooo easy. you can find all of his old tests and most of the questions will come from them. all he does is stand in one place and show videos every day. i never went to class and made an A.

Good class- not as bad a people say.He breaks down material to what you need to know- so you can learn and actually understand the material. I went to class, read book, studied Unotes (good for review) and had A's on each exam. With a little bit of effort, you should do well and learn.A lot of test are definitions, so study those. Would take again.

His tests are easy, all you have to do is use the books online study pack. I made a "B" by never going to class and using the online help. There are multiple choice quizzes for each chapter online and a lot of the questions on the exams derive from these.

I'm an above average student and this class was just ridiculous. Sersland is SO monotonous and he pulls questions for his tests out of no where. If I had to take the class again I would probably just go to class, read the book in class and only takes notes when when we watch videos. Not a good class to take but you have no other teaching option...

Class is painful to sit through. How this guy got hired is beyond me, he must be the worst public speaker in Alabama. I went to most classes and did not learn a thing from this guy. Pretty easy class, horrible professor. Bad hygiene, poor speaker, poor teaching, just plain incompetent. Have fun, he is the only MKTG 3310 professor at Auburn!

Dr. Sersland is not as bad as people say. I had heard so many bad things that I didn't know what to expect. You don't have to go to class. Just read the slides and study definitions out the book.

Test are m.c. and pretty straight forward. Probably 90% of the test is from the def. in the book the rest are from his power point/class videos. You could never go to class and just study the book and be fine but go to class when he starts going over the problems b/c they are exactly the same just diff. numbers. They are Super easy IF you went to c

awful teacher. Hard to follow his train of thought. The slides are not that helpful. He does take attendance on Fridays. But passes the same sheet around every time soo.. BUT attendance points only count if you're at .5 then he'll bump you up?! Some of the test questions are from the videos which is from the book cd. Study key terms from book!
