Comment:

Kellogg has great personal stories to help understand the material. Lectures are conversation based and easy to get through. Grading seems easy but very few 4.0s are given. Final project is tough but other assignments are very easy, just a lot of them.

Very easy grading, should be able to get at least 3.0 with no effort and 4.0 is very capable if you participate. Topics are simple to understand. Class lectures are almost always interesting. Always willing to talk about class or life. Learn a lot about yourself and others.

Professor Kellogg is the best professor I had at Bentley University. She cares deeply about her students, and has helped me in my career choice,and graduate school choice. She has gone above and beyond helping me in my life, and I reccommend her to anyone. This class will help you later in life Take It!!!!

Would not recommend for this class. she gives a ton of assignments, and unless you complete each one at the highest quality you cannot get a 4.0. she is also inconsistent and has somewhat of an ego problem.

Very easy class. Didn't learn one single thing all semester. Somehow recieved a 3.0 then emailed her because I should have got a 4.0. She told me to prove to her in one email that I had learned things from her course. I said look at your syllabus I earned at least a 3.7 then she changed the grade.

She makes it interesting, very interactive class. Lots of group work. Knows her stuff. Tells lots of personal stories. Don't take her class if you don't want to participate. But otherwise do take it, you'll get something out of it. Easy grader too.

One of the nicest, most genuine professors I've ever had. Really likes what she's doing, likes to tell stories, and really cares about her students. She wants you to do well and to really learn. I would take her again in a heartbeat. Such a nice woman!

One of the best professors I?ve had. I have her for a two block class but it doesn?t even seem as long as a single block. She keeps it interesting and teaches the material clearly. She?s also willing to help you outside of class and you can tell she likes what she does. Take her class.

I love her as a professor- I found the class really interesting and have used what I learned in life after class- seriously! She really cares about what she teaches, and it shows. One note, though: PARTICIPATE! She'll think you're awesome for sharing with the class and she gets to know your name.

BOOOOORRRRRRIIINNNGGG. You spend the whole class talking about why people do**** the way they do. Also, you learn scientific theories for crap that you already knew, such as what motivates people to do well at work. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! MONEY! THE GODDAMN ANSWER IS MONEY AND RAISES, NOT FITCH****S'S THEORY OF POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT!

Wow. what a waste of time. unless you want to spend your money doing nothing at all then avoid this class. Nicest woman in the world but personall the one thing that kind of got to me is she didnt know anyones name. she would call this one girl next to me the wrong name. i dont know why profs cant get names down be ready for a sem of nothingness

Class material interesting, so I suggest reading the book if you want to learn about org. behavior. Assign. are easy, but she is boring and repetitive. Do the work, easy grade. Is preoccupied with her consulting business, however, so class cancellationg/postponemnt is a definite possibility.

Not a very useful course. Basically just teaches you not to hit coworkers. I didnt do any work, failed 2 quizzes miserably and still got a 3.7 in the class...everyone i talked to got the same grade too
