Be ready to fail. She gives very few tests & no chances for extra credit. Some of the test answers will contradict what the textbook says, you have to go by what she says in class, not by the facts. She is not open for debate on test answers, even if you provide backup for your answer. 1/10, would not take ever again.

Dr. Crocetti knows her stuff! She really makes lecture entertaining. She is very sweet and will go out of her way to help her students. Do the readings and study her lectures and you will do fine.

Dr. Crocetti is an amazing professor! She is extremely knowledgeable and her lectures are very well prepared. She is very organized and easy to understand. Study and you'll be fine!

Comment:

Dr. Crocetti is an amazing instructor. Her tests are difficult, but she really wants her students to pass. She is always ready to answer questions or help struggling students. I would advise to record her lectures! And don't forget your med surg when taking exams. I feel she is the best instructor I have had this far in nursing school.

Very hard course, I worked so hard in this class to pull off a B. First and second test okay, final was the most difficult test I have ever taken. What I liked least about this course is that you need to know the teacher's information for tests and it usually contradicts the book and probably what most med professionals would say on the subject.

Very hard. Lack of PowerPoint and testing that didn't reflect the lectures. I never killed myself so much for a class and I feel sorry for any incoming students to her. Don't get me wrong, she's super nice but my god it's rough. Too many people fail her class that are hard working students. Overall,I am glad its over. Bring your A+++++ game people!

Dr. Crocetti is an awesome instructor. She is not easy but I really appreciate and respect her. I walked into her class with my tail between my legs and walked out giving her a 5 star rating.

Really tough class. She is a total sweetheart. Can be intimidating at first, but very helpful if you approach her. You MUST read the maternity book. Otherwise you will not be successful. Tests are super hard. All over the place.

She seems nice, but for some reason her tests do not reflect what she teaches. Some test questions werent even in the readings or lectures! I feel like lecture is a waste of time because they do not relate to the tests. I would say that 30% of her test is on material never mentioned or in the book, and i read the book religiously, but she doesnt!

Boring, boring, boring. She is a very sweet, caring, nice person outside of class but her teaching style is dry. Maternity is her area of expertise but listening to her is like watching paint dry. Students prefer Professor Dolin for this subject.

I don't even know why she still teaches. This dinosaurs needs to retire soon because she's just burnt out and hates everything about nursing. She will just ramble about nonsense, and will not clarify things for you. She makes everyone look stupid if u ask a question. she is useless and she gets her kicks outta making students fail from the course.

"Do you want me to stay in my soap-box or get off of it." Whatever, she thinks she knows everything about maternity and rambles on and on. She tests you on things that she doesn't go over, and excepts you to know everything. she talks so fast and doesn't let you write everything down. and she doesn't even use a projector, it's all talking.
