I had Chef twice and both times he was very helpful, he has been in the school for many years, show him that you truely care about what you are learning and he will help you. He will tell you many great stories which you should hold on to and remember for when you go into the industry!

Great teacher. Has very high expectations, but is willing to help you and walk you through each step. His biggest pet peeve is students who don't pay attention, so be sure to give him your fullest attention!
