Comes off as intimidating at first but is actually a really nice guy. SUPER knowledgeable. Can answer just about anything related to class material. Challenges you to do well. VERY high input course. You have to review material regularly and ask questions to get an A. One of the hardest classes I took, but also one of my favorites so far.

The best professor I have ever had...hands down. Dr. Eakes is an amazing teacher and an even better man who will teach you a lot about life. This is the hardest class I've ever taken, but also the best.

Fairly nice guy, seems like he likes to be in control, not a big deal if you go to class, but he will throw a bonus quiz out if there's a slim crowd. lecture tests are near impossible. go to every take up and dont get behind in lab or youre screwed

This guy was in class for about three days. We never saw him after that because he left the teaching and labs to the TA's. Staying on top of the take-ups is a must to survive. Does let you correct tests for half credit.

Great teacher. His test are a little hard, but he lets you correct the wrong answers for half credit. The lab quizzes every week are a challenging, but if you study your notes you will do fine. Only used my book for correcting test. Very helpful and really cares about you understanding the material.

Very good teacher. Puts information out there in class. Labs were pretty intensive. His was the first class I had at Auburn and he didn't fit the "Delicate Genius" sterotype that I grew to dispise later in my academic career.
