One of the worst experiences in my life taking a class with her. Extremely disorganized person, who can't really answer any question directly - always switching subjects and does not set up expectations well. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Mme Graham is disorganized, all over the place teacher. Her lectures are hard to follow. Hey powerpoints presentation are useless. Examination had questions asking to compare 2 paintings, like really? In a management policy class? Her teaching methods are outdated. Do yourself a favor and avoid her at all costs

Her class on Managing Strategy and Innovation has the potential to be one of the best classes at McGill. However she is very unstructured and the lack of organization is annoying. She raises some important points and encourages you to question your assumptions. The course material is brilliant and worth looking at even if you don't take the class.

Professor Graham is very intelligent herself, knows her stuff. The class is challenging and changes your way of thinking. About the criticism given underneath.. it depends on yourself, if you do your stuff you are perfectly fine!

The class (strat. for managing sustainability) itself is very interesting, really challenges the way you think. Fair grading, midterm measured knowledge well, and final presentations are interesting. However, prof. Graham plays favourites and doesn't really listen to students. Is very useless when you email her, she answers beside the point.

Comment:

One of the best professors in the McGill MBA program. A thoughtful academic and critical thinker, respected by her peers in the industry. It takes maturity to evaluate someone at that level, too bad many postings lack that :) Take her courses only if you are ready to learn and be challenged, otherwise take 'fluffy' courses and get out!

What a professor should be. She knows her stuff, does research and challenges people. Has a clear stance on how business should be conducted (beware if you think capitalism is a religion and/or you consider you are here to make only money). If you want to be exposed to great thinking take her class.

Very knowledgable and experienced. Uses a unique method of teaching & unusual projects. One is always intellectually challenged in her class. A great professor. Highly recommended if you are not looking for run-of-the-mill education.

She talks too much about her two books. Appears to be open for discussion but has an agenda of her own. She has a very "polite" way to do negative and stereotyped comments. Her views are mainly focused on her historian bakcground (either you love or hate it). Think again before taking this.
