Wonderful professor! Sweetest lady if you are respectful. Her class is engaging. There are only four essays, three of which are based on short articles and one on a graphic novel, which was really cool. She can be a tough grader, but she gives great feedback allows re-writes on every assignment, and you have until the end of the sem to submit them.

very nice lady, and very corny, the reading material was easy .She loves group work which was annoying at times. She gives option for extra credit. Would take her class again its an easy A if your a good writer

She has no criteria for her grading. She gives whatever grade she wants regardless of content. Extremely rude to students and singles out students in front of class. Would not recommend this professor to my worst enemy. She asks for participation and is rude to the students who dont do the work exactly how she wants it done after poor explanation.

Really sweet lady!! Her class was super easy. She brought doughnuts and bagels for us at the end of the semester. Cared about her students. Few major essays and a bunch of smaller writing assignments. Gives many opportunities for extra credit. Great choice for WSC, she'll make it really easy on you

She's a decent teacher. nothing special. she's a nice lady, but she's very uninteresting. she tends to be passive aggressive towards people she doesn't like. It's very annoying. Just show up and try your best. you'll be fine.

She's a nice person but that's all. I've gotten points taken off for my papers being too complicated, that just doesn't happen. Everytime I've shown her a draft I have had to dumb it down to the point where a five year old could read it without issue. Caducity shouldn't give a gradeschooler issues let alone somebody with a masters.

pleasant enough, but boring. aced the class, but didn't learn anything. not the most knowledgeable professor by any means. all right, not difficult. try take take someone more fun. this class was the longest hour and a half of my day, every day. i swear time stood still during this class.

Wonderful and extremely helpful teacher. She is a hard grader but if you show you are willing to work hard, and that you are actually trying, you'll be fine. Participate... she likes when you do so. You'll love this class as long as you do what you have to.

She was teaching a class full of engineering students, most of whom hated writing, and did the best she could. She was not a horrible teacher, and although I was already pretty adept at writing, she helped me to develop more as a writer. She knows what she's talking about, even though sometimes it's boring.

I love Professor Stein.. she was so sweet, caring and easy to talk to. She helped me alot since my ENG1 professor wasn't great. she always gave good feedback and wanted to help everyone. She's a good person and a great teacher, and I would definitely take her again.. I loved her

I took her for Eng 1 and 2.She's excellent if you're a freshman; she's a great professor for a transition from highschool to college.The readings are not excessive, she's a nice person, and doesn't grade too hard.Just pay attention and you'll do well.

Comment:

I took Prof. Stein's English 1 course and liked her enough to want to take her a second time for English 2. She always seems willing to talk and help. Even though English isn't her first language she knows all the rules, so don't worry about that; she just has an accent. Work hard and read and you'll get the grade you want.
