Teaching Reading... how can all these people say its a pointless course????? Aren't we all supposed to be going to school to be TEACHERS? I thought Dr. Blohm was energetic and while the workload was heavy it was a useful course in giving ideas on different methods of TEACHING READING and how to integrate it into our content areas!

The entire school of education at IUN is utterly pointless. Blohm is one of two or three decent profs., but otherwise the entire course of study and nearly all of the department are an utter waste of time. 3/11/2004
