Professor Weiss is one of the sweetest most caring professors you will ever meet. Take her courses whether or not you like philosophy. She is such a great professor that she makes the material interesting and accessible for everyone. Her courses have been some of the best I've ever taken.

Such a sweet woman and amazing teacher. I gained so much through her course on Free Will and Criminal Justice. I would recommend her or that course to absolutely anyone. We had 5 papers to write, and she was very lenient with deadlines and allowed corrections. I worked hard but got great grades on all my papers.

She was one of the worst teachers I've ever had. I did the readings and went to every class (which was at 7:55) and I always took notes. I studied hard and she gave me the only B I've ever gotten. You have to put down EXACTLY what she says to get a question right, there is no room for interpretation, which is was philosophy is all about.

Dr. Weiss was brilliant and well-articulated. One of the most interesting classes I've had the privlege of taking while at Lehigh. Exams are not hard if you read and attend class. There was also a short paper (5-10 pages) that I actually enjoyed working on. I 'highly' recommend this class to all.

Really nice lady, is so enthusiastic about the material and really knows her stuff. However, she repeats herself A LOT, which can make classes a little boring; also we didn't get as much done as I hoped we would.

Very easy course; no need to do the readings; she only tests on her lectures. Easily distracted though, which can make for really boring classes.
