Dont take this class if you dont have to. This class is very hard to pass, which is sad bc it should not be known for failing out of. If you ask questions in class they arent always answered in the best way. There should be a study guide for this class or an actual tutor to help students. She is a tough grader and super nit picky.

I have never failed a class in my life and got an F in her class. I ended up dropping the class and will be retaking since its required. If you want to pass this class you either need a photographic memory or literally devote your ENTIRE life to studying for her tests. She doesn't have many answers when students ask her questions from the book...

I have no idea with those compliments to Saundra. She was the worst history teacher ever. It was more like high school class that you just really need to listen to her saying during class and note take details for tests rather than to be inspired or at least be helped to have fresh perspective to arch history or so. Also her teaching attitude, ugh

Saundra Weddle is extremely knowledgable and passionate and her lectures are exceptional. Her exams are rigorous, but she provides all the information you need in the lectures. You just have to pay attention and take good notes. Reading is important to actually absorb her material. If you work diligently, Arch251 is not daunting.

Saundra is one of the greatest educators I've ever encountered. She knows SO much and is passionate about what she teaches. Take notes of EVERYTHING and if you have doubts, ASK! Tests are hard but nothing that wasn't discussed in class will come up. You can meet with her in office hours and have her review your notes to ensure you have everything.

From someone who has no interest in art or art history, this class could have been much worse. Her teaching style is very straightforward, and if you get a bad grade its your own fault. She takes art very seriously, so if you dont think much of art, you will find yourself rolling your eyes a lot at some of the stuff she says.

Saundra Weddle knows her****. If you want to learn take this class. The tests are long, but a wide range of facts are accepted; you don't have such a rigid set of things to answer like in Watson's class. If you are an articulate writer and you like art and/or history, Weddle's your woman.
