Comment:

Professor Parsons made a very difficult subject for me, relatively easy to understand. I was never afraid to ask her questions because I knew she would do everything she could to help grasp the information. I am very grateful to have been able to take her for this class.

Comment:

Take her if you are good at self-learning. Her lecture is amazing. She is one of the leader of Math department so she usually canceled the class. However, she helped me understand the problem very clearly. I cannot believe that up till now I still remember the material. Tests are taken only and she gave you many times to try.

Great professor but she is a very involved person on campus that makes her accessibility limited. I learned a lot from her regardless and she has a very great sense of humor.

Comment:

She's gets easily distracted and doesn't explain things very well. Luckily, we used the program, Aleks, for our homework which is a very good program and I learned a lot through it instead. There's a lot of homework but it's understandable since it's a math class. She allows test retakes and are just like the study guide. Quizzes are hard though.

Toni was a nice professor and was pretty easy going! But, she canceled class often and didn't explain math in detail enough to keep the class engaged or understanding of the material. She was very lenient but not the best teacher if you're trying to learn something.

She's nice but absent alot. We had lots of different subs and class cancelled a few times. I feel like I could have gotten an A if she had been there more.

Took her for discrete math. Very passionate and very available to help. Makes the class pretty easy. 14 take-home quizzes and...4 exams compose the grade? Avoid if you're a math major. Not hard enough to prepare you for upper division. Otherwise, take her.

I took Prof Parsons for Math038 and Math046. She's funny, caring, and respected. Homework was on MML, so a computer is needed for access to assignments AND exams. Finals and midterms are in class on paper. She relates every lesson to everyday situations so she answers "when will I ever need this in life" questions. I would definitely take her again

Took her Trig class. Was really easy. She is not a tough grader. There is a lot of homework though. You use a program called ALEKS and have to fill up your pie, (only 80% of pie needs to be completed to get an A on homework) There's always a pretest and the tests are exactly like them just numbers changed. and you create your own final. Really easy

Professor Toni Parsons is AWESOME! She's very organized and has a clear grading process. Take home quizzes were difficult, but with youtube I was able to get them done. We the students got to pick what we wanted in the final (only 12 problems) had the option to cross 2 out. Do everything she tells you and you will pass. I highly recommend her!

Her class was kinda interesting but in a sense that I took it in summer was tough! Her quizzes was home taken but trust me the tuition couldn't even help me! The exams were hard as well! the problem was that some questions want the answer in radians and some in degree ! She said every lesson I am teaching in Summer is a 2 week for Fall semester!

I took Professor Parsons for three condensed semesters (8 week courses) and absolutely adore her! She is truly an inspiration and makes lecture very enjoyable. The courses are rough being that they are condensed. Math has never been my strong suit. Took her for 38, 46 and just finished 96 with her this summer. Toni is by far my favorite at Mesa!

I took an online MATH 15A refresher course with Toni and despite the countless emails I would send her she remained helpful and nice. I only met her once when I went to her office to take the final exam. I will definitely take more of her classes! She's so great! Mesa needs more math professors like her.

Professor Parsons hands down best math professor period. I took her class and was amazed at how quick time flew by everyday ( it was just so much fun!). I highly recommend her to anyone taking math. Also, she has a easy grading system, everything is clear and concise. A must take professor!!

What a great math teacher. She explains everything clearly and if you don't understand still, she will help you personally. Homework is online, 2 tests online as well. Not a hard class if you do the work. She gives handouts that are completed as a class each day.

BEST professor! She is very clear, helpful and relates math to real life situations. I hate math and because she is pretty entertaining, it's easy to show up every day. Go to class, take notes and do the online homework. Part of your grade is based on attendance and she gives extra credit for participation too. FYI: Michelle Parsons is Toni Parsons

Loved having this professor! Lectures were very easy to follow along. Grading criteria is clear. Before exams, she always reviews and leaves you feeling confident about knowing what to expect. She's also hilarious! She mentions that you won't need the textbook but I felt that it was very useful.

Wow!! Great professor hands down. Miss Parsons makes math fun ( I can't believe I'm saying that) but it's true. She takes time to help anyone, her lectures are amazing and I look forward to being in her class. Her test are challeging, but straight forward and if u studied enough you will not have any problems.
