The class only met two days a week instead of the scheduled three. Extremely easy If you go to class and watch the lectures. Mrs. Sevier is an extremely nice professor and offers multiple extra credit opportunities.

Comment:

Mrs. Sevier was great. She tries to make the lectures as interesting as possible and give hints as to what is going to be on the exams. She gives a study guide for the tests and when attendance is low she likes to give at bonus points to those who go. So if you go to the class and get those bonus points and study for the tests you'll do good.

Took her for MGT 300 and MGT 454. Great lady. Gives a lot of life examples in her teaching. Attend her class, if she sees you there she will push to help you. I got a C in MGT 300 as I was new to the game, but an A in the other 2 classes I took with her.

Comment:

Enjoyed her class. If you show up and take notes, you'll pass. She's funny and tells stories from her past to make the concepts make more sense to you. I would recommend taking any class she teaches. You won't be disappointed.

GO TO CLASS. She gives iClicker quizzes & the questions on those come straight from the tests. She also tells you in class which sections of the notes won't be on the tests which is a BIG help. The online quizzes also come straight from the tests. I didn't need to read the book at all. I really enjoyed taking this class.

Mrs. Sevier has a sarcastic humor that will keep you laughing. She gives "subtle" hints at what to read and not to read in the book. THE DAY AFTER A TEST, do NOT skip there probably will be an easy POPQUIZ.

Mrs. Sevier is a great teacher! She makes class interesting so it's easy to pay attention. She gives a lot of chances for extra credit but they're in class so it helps to go to class but because the class is interesting, that's easy to do! She has a lot of experience and gives real life examples of what she's teaching.

Awesome teacher. Has a lot of stories and firsthand experience to share which makes the lectures a lot more interesting. She's very generous when it comes to extra credit and quizzes. Powerpoints cover most of the material so barely any notes are needed. Overall I highly recommend taking her class.

Great lecturer. She keeps it interesting. Textbook not needed if you understand application of information provided on lecture slides. She uses iClicker and points are a large part of the grade so attendance is necessary to get a decent grade in the class. She uses a lot of film clips to demonstrate concepts. Tests aren't terribly difficult.

Great teacher. Very funny. Keeps you entertained. Can get a max of 15 bonus pts added to your final grade but she usually only gives the pts when a lot of students are absent. Tests are easy if u pay attention in class and read the slides and textbook. Always has a story to tell about prior work experience. Loved her class.

Was very slow grading assignments-- took over 2 months to finally get grades on some! Used different terminology on the tests than was used in the book/study guides. Seemingly lazy, I had to drive to HBG campus for all tests, all tests were proctored, and it was a GP course! Then didn't even know where other computer labs were in her own bldg!

Comment:

Mrs. Sevier is a great teacher. I was worried about having her for night class, but she keeps you interested from start to finish. She is never boring and willing to work with you. You get bonus points which could add up to half a letter grade; her tests are not difficult if you know the material. I made a 92 on test 1 & expect an A in the class!

Comment:

She is an excellent teacher! She knows her material so well and she absolutely loves it. Her class is so interesting, and she is hysterical! Take her for any and all classes she teaches. The material isn't very hard to learn when she teaches it, and the tests aren't bad either.
