Comment:

She is the sweetest professor! The quizzes are pretty easy and she drops the lowest (same with the exams). On review days, she'll go answer almost all of the questions on the review and if you want an A on a test, you have to study the review. The tests can be challenging but there won't be anything that wasn't covered in class or on the review.

Dr. Opheim is like the posi mom. She's very caring and her lectures are really interesting and well structured. Go to class and you will have all the material to do good.

She has notes posted along with a review that she gives out in class. Amazing Professor. She does drop grades and an exam grade as well. Easy to talk to after class. She makes sure you understand the material.

Comment:

Opheim is very sweet. In my opinion, tests were a little more challenging than they needed to be but she is great in lectures. You definitely need to take notes and if you need a bump at the end of the semester, your attendance matters. There are quizzes due every other Sunday but they are not hard at all. She drops the lowest test grade.

She is super kind, and can make the class interesting. Gives good reviews, and drops the lowest one. I recommend taking her if you have the chance.

Dr. Opheim is such a smart and caring professor. She knows what she's doing so you need to try your best in the research papers because she can grade hard. Quizzes are easy and pretty much one per week. She has a midterm and final and both have reviews. I took it as a hybrid class and most of the work you'll do will be online.

loved professor opheim! her class was super easy. she gives about 10 easy online quizzes each week, and study guides are provided with each exam. shes also such a sweet lady and you can tell she really cares about what she teaches. would definitely take again!

This was the easiest class ever. She has these online quizzes due every Sunday they are so easy to get a 100 in. If you don't know something in the class just look it up and you will be fine. Lectures are fun and she has an amazing, uplifting personality.

Aside from mandatory attendance, there's no need to go to class. She does PowerPoint karaoke the entire time. I was in the Honors section, but it was still incredibly easy. Poor feedback on written assignments, she seems to assign random grades. Gives a good exam review. Book is only needed for quizzes, and even then use the quizlet. Kind and fair.

I consistently did the homework the day it was due or the day before and did fine. However, when she grades assignments her feedback isn't great. The book is a high school level book and the final is a practice exam you HAVE to make an 80 on. The class is ENTIRELY online and there is no in class stuff.

Super nice lady, really knows what she's talking about. I took her honors section, and it was a breeze. All you have to do is pass the exams. She gives study guides that cover everything on the exams.

A sweet and funny lady. Made class interesting and always had a positive attitude. Study for tests and do online quizzes and you'll be perfectly fine. Her slides on posted so you don't need to go to class but she does a great job explaining the slides so I would. I recommend quizlets for test reviews!

I loved Opheim. She was a great professor and also pretty easy. All of the assignments are easy and your final grade is very test heavy. They make the tests easy if you study the review she gives you and also gives you a few free questions on the exam.

If you want an easy Posi class take this one. She gives a review almost exactly like the test so as long as you look it over you should be fine. She also gives a lot of extra points on the tests.

She's my favorite lady ever. Don't buy the book. All the online quizzes can be found on quizlet and tests are basically the exact same as the study guides. I studied the guide and the quiz questions and got 100s on the tests

You should not have a problem making a B in the class even if you don't show up. Just make sure you're there during review day and study the review for a couple of days and you should be fine. 10 point curves on each test. The only downside is class is super boring and I would legit fall asleep every day.

Comment:

Super nice and cares about her students. Only grades are exams and online quizzes. Lectures and powerpoints are pretty straightforward, exams aren't exactly like the reviews but very similar. Each exam had a big curve. Lowest quiz and lowest exam (except for the final) are dropped. There is a textbook but there's honestly no need for it at all.
