He has a pretty restrictive attendance policy and it was a morning class, so make sure you reliably intend to go before signing up. For the class itself, it was a lot of powerpoint lectures, some tests, and negotiations with other classmates. Dr. Glew has a dry personality, but isn't a bad professor. The class is really what you make of it.

I took the online MGT 350, and while it is quite a lot of work, if you do it and do it all on time, you will make an A. Dr. Glew is very helpful and will answer your emails in a timely manner. Furthermore, the online exercises actually help you retain the info and learn.

Great guy, great teacher, both classes were a lot of fun. Anyone rating him as hard is exaggerating or just lazy. Go to class, do your homework (which is easy) and study what he tells you and its an easy A/B.. skip a lot of class and get a D its just that simple

Dr. Glew is a fair, organized, and knowledgeable professor. His quizzes are pretty much straight from his slides. He doesn't try to trick you. He has a strict grading and attendence policy, but if you do what you're supposed to you'll do just fine. I would recommend him to anyone.

he's kinda monotone so it's hard to pay attention sometimes but the info is interesting and he's a good and fair instructor. lots of quizzes but they are straight forward if you read. the team project was difficult though

Excellent TEACHER. You will learn. If you want to be a manager the content is very useful. It is more of a psych class. You must read every slide and every word in every chapter. Tests are hard but there is alot of other grades to help get an A or B.

It's time for the individuals that do the hiring and firing to take a close look at this joke of a professor. This guy teaches a organizational behavoir course, but has never had real world expeirience e.g. "A JOB"... Glew does'nt compare to the great faculty in the Cameron School of Business. The class is hard and it's hard to get an A on a test, but it's possible. He gives you a short answer question guide. He picks a few of those for actual short answers, but if you study tehwhole guide, you will have adequately studied for the exam. Buy the book - you WILL need it! Reading is required. A lot of pyschological roots to OB in general.

I hated this professor. He uses a network cable for an umbilical cord and his powerpoints site data over 20 years old. His ego is over-inflated as far as writing test questions are concerned. So he spends more time writng ridiculous questions than he should i don't know maybe TEACHING!

Pretty good prof. You have ab 1 quiz per week which you are expected to have read the whole chpt and studied notes. Tests are pretty difficult. Multiple choice and 4 short answer. Overall nice guy. Teaches from slides, so a little boring. Oh and you can not miss more than 2 days.

Tests are very hard. Make sure you read the chapter thoroughly. Must do all the end of the chapter questions, because he picks those as short essay questions, out of a possible 50! The tests cover about 5 chapters in depth.

you will think you are getting all the concepts and then when you get your test grades back 90 percent of the class will have less than a 50. his test are really hard and so are his cases. He wiill make you feel stupid in your presentations.
