I took this class during Sum 1 and really loved the class. I learned so much in this class. There are writing assignments but they are not difficult if you just do the work and pay attention. I loved the way this class was formatted with notes and videos - very enjoyable compared to just textbook reading like most of the online classes at AC.

Mrs. Jenke is an amazing professor. She tells amazing stories. Her class is NOT hard at all. Do the work and youll pass. She allows retakes on the quizzes.

She's an amazing teacher. She really cares, and you can 100% understand where she is coming from. She is hilarious and really wants to see you succeed. Wish she had more classes to take her. Oh btw she found out about her quizzes on quizlet, so now you won't find the answers online. As long as you pay attention to her lecture you will 100% pass.

Mrs. Jenke is amazing. I highly recommend her to any student. She is very generous and so funny! Always study and always check your email for this class, the tests are difficult but nothing a studious student cant handle.

Mrs. Jenke is one of the best teachers I have ever had. She genuinely cares about her students, and she is passionate about her subject. If you can take her classes, defenetly do so.

I took the hybrid class of Texas Government and her lectures are the answers to the test. Pay close attention to what she says, but overall she was a really easy professor, and is very understanding. I would recommend taking her over anyone else.

Mrs jenke was a great teacher. She always had an example/story to relate to the lecture which made understanding it very easy. It also made the class interesting. I like how she always had current event discussions. I took her for gov 2305. She was always a joy in class and sometimes brought us food!

Studying is key! All her quizzes can be found on quizlet, but if you listen to her in class you'll understand the material. Her lectures were very interesting and she always put a personal twist on everything. The test were about 40-60 questions, all from the quizzes, and about 4-6 essay questions. I looked forward to going to her class!!

Mrs. Jenke was an amazing teacher. Her class was enjoyable and she used practical examples in her lectures that made the concepts in text book easier to understand. Be prepared to read as you will have a quiz over each chapter then an exam with essay questions over each of the 4 sections the class is divided in. Take her class, you won't regret it.

Only 2-3 written assignments during course. Personal responsibility contract due at the beginning and Core Project due towards mid/end of semester depending on the school's directive. Possible essay due between these two assignments. 10 minute quizzes with second attempts. Questions often have poor wording/grammar. Essay questions on exams

Ms. Jenke is a professor who wants people to succeed. That being said, students must read the book and study for tests in order to pass. She gives extra credit and likes students to think outside of the box on essay questions. She was always available by email to answer any questions. I would definitely take her class again.

She's really passionate about her teaching. May come off strong at first but is extremely caring. Quizzes are straight from the terms in the book. Exams are made up almost completely of quiz questions. So DO take the quizzes and know that material. Notes were easy to follow. Would definitely take again.

She gives you 10 minutes per quiz, but the questions don't make sense. Some questions are missing answer choices, some questions are a jumbled mess. If you ask her about them she berates you and accuses you of not reading the chapter. You can't win with this teacher. I am an A student, yet it seems like she is trying to make me fail.

There have been a few times this semester that I have needed a little help. She helped but she did it reluctantly. At the end of the semester a paper file wouldn't open so she doesn't email to let me know but puts it in notes and then tells me I'm wrong for not looking at my grades every single day. She wouldn't grade it for me and I got a c.

Very very very clear on what she wants. Quizzes are so easy, and you get two attempts at them. Tests are easy with more than enough time to answer questions. Took gov 2301 and 2302 for her and made an A with literally no effort. Recommend her to anyone.

Took Texas Govt online. Leisure time to complete assignments. The majority of assignments were quizzes due on two week intervals. There were 3 discussions roughly 500 words each. The tests were online. These were difficult only because there are writing portions on each test. Personal Contract due at start & Core Project due at end of semester.

She was amazing! I had her during a presidential election year and she made that whole process make sense. Her class is super fun! I had never liked government before her class! I recommend her!
