You will learn more by seeking understanding via YouTube. A great deal of information she goes over is really for students going into Chemistry 2nd year, not Introductory. She is funny, but overwhelming. Tutoring is scarce. Never there when they say they will be. Very little to do in Lab. Pay attention to study guide, that's the exam!

Mrs. Krupa is a great teacher. She knows her stuff and she's good at teaching it. She's understanding and is always willing to help when you ask for it. Grades are mainly homework (not much) and tests with a few labs. She gives you plenty of practice and a reviews that're almost the exact same as each test. I really wish she taught 1411 and 1412.

I had Mrs. Krupa Last fall and she was amazing the best Professor. She gives you what you need she cares about the students knowledge of the material and assures you that you'll pass and she gives extra credit for the test. The labs are fun only buy the lab book not text book

Professor Krupa is excellent! All her exams are written but she gives you homework and quizzes to take home which helps a lot on the tests. She understands that is hard with other classes and life that she is very lenient on test. yes, her accent is a bit heavy but don't give up on her. I would take her again. Oh, and you won't need the textbook.

Professor Krupa is very nice and easy going. I took her Chemistry 1405 summer class. She teachers around all the extra hard stuff and gets straight to the point. She makes class interesting. I would definitely take her again.

Miss Krupa is a great teacher she still uses hand written exams, but everything is clear and easy she gives bonus points on her exams, homeworks are extremely important and fairly easy if you are looking for an easy A class do yourself a favor and take HER!!! You don't really need the textbook she gives you notes and a lot of handouts.

LOVE this women! Her sense of humor makes class fun. Very few labs and classes are cut short a lot of the times. She DOESN'T give "busy work", she teaches what needs to be learned. Very helpful and truly cares! Come to class and study. I have never taken any type of Chemistry before and I made an A. If she taught all my classes; I'd take her again.

Pretty rough if you haven't taken intro to chem (1405). I learned most of the material she taught from chem 1405. Not very clear about the topics, but very helpful if you ask. Labs are not graded :) they are just participation grades. You do it, you get an A. Easy A with a little effort and prior knowledge. If there are other options, take them.

She is really a terrible professor but she lets you turn in assignments very LATE and she's a very easy grader. Her tests were a piece of cake. I barely showed up, she doesn't take lab seriously. I turned in all of the worksheets on the last day and made an A in the class. If you don't like or know anything about chemistry, don't take her.

The final and exams were handwritten and were unclear. No multiple choice here! She'll often leave during labs and come back towards the end. Material covered is wide but the exams are so short (15-18 questions). Also, pay attention to what she says in regards to grading material if you do take her, but I wouldn't recommend her at all.

I am not at all impressed. The class is very unorganized and has no structure. Not very many labs and lectures are very confusing. I had to get a private chem tutor and I am so glad I did otherwise I would be failing. She frequently leaves class and always lets us leave 30 min- an hour early. Will not be taking her for Chem 1411

Professor Krupa is pretty easy. There's no need to buy the textbooks, and labs are barely conducted. She gives a review for the exams. If you do the review and understand the material, you will do fine on the exams. I recommend her if you want an A and plan on taking CHEM 1412 or further chemistry instruction.

I would say that she's a professor with good intentions and wants her students to learn. However she tends to get off topic talking about her life a little too much. Also tends to skip many labs but I'm not sure if that's normal for Intro Chemistry class though.

Nice lady, interesting lectures, but skipped most labs, forgets extra credit points, cuts many classes short. Sounds good? Not when test time comes and you have put the effort she has but you are not prepared. Wish she were more on top of things, more direction.

Prof Krupa provides you the essentials to do well & she wont kill you with homework. CHEM isnt easy, so you have to learn the concepts. If you complete her handouts, test reviews & study your class notes, you should make an easy B. An A is possible, I made one. I waited a year to take Prof Krupa's class, so glad I did. I highly recommend her!!!

She is the easiest chemistry professors at LSC-NH. I took chem before with another prof at NH and made D but i am making an A in her class. She teaches really well and gives at least 8 bonus points on the test. Most of the students in our class get points over 100 on tests lol even i made 106 on first test. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PROF.!!

Extra credit pts only 4 tests extremely goofy and interesting prof but can't explain to save her life! The whole class had to get together to tell her that she explains horribly and no one knew what she was talking about and she says she do it purposely so you can figure it all out alone or w the help of your peers but we all were clueless so it was of no help a chem prof is suppose to supply you w the info not give you irrelevant worksheets and leave the class and say she dont want to answer ?s

She is a Wonderful teacher! Makes it fun and as easy as possible. I didnt use the book at all, she will give you just about everything you need. Very little homework, little studying really not bad at all, gives test reviews every time. 3 tests, 1 comp. final, and labs counts for test grade(She replaces lowest test w/ final is needed.)Take Her!
