I enjoyed her class she definitely doesn't try to fail or make the class hard. You do a couple of essays but she goes over what she expects and you get notes, comments on your draft before the final copy. You do read in class what you read the night before which is annoying but sometimes helpful. She is very sweet and I recommend.

Prof Ruoff genuinely cares about her classes. The 1st day she presented the class with numerous scholarship possibilities. She made the class fun (as fun as an 8 AM class could be) by mixing reading with movies and having students act our plays in class. She provided great feedback and there was no way anyone who applied themselves would fail.

Professor Ruoff is a good professor. She tends to be a little unorganized at times, but you get used to her style after about a week and you learn to roll with it. I liked her book selection. Take her class.

Proff. Ruoff was the best English instructor an individual can get for remedial courses, she was really helpful and serviceable for her students. I will always cherish having such great Proff, if you get chance, feel lucky to have her, she surely is worth my time typing this for her, she gave me A+, it's like I never left Highschool in her class =)

I loved taking ENG with Prof. Ruoff. She is real funny and very easy. All you have to do is take notes on the books you read, and the final paper. Thats it!!! Please ignore the negetive comments. She is really fun to be with and makes you laugh. Oh forgot to mention the good part. Easy A!

She is crazy but very easy. Just come to class go to spark notes and hand in notes on 3easy books that you read(as a class, and do the turn paper assignment. Simple in class essays and discussions. Guaranteed A!! She tells you EXACTLY what to do!!!

She's a bit flighty, doesn't really go into the books in any detail. She does break up the term paper well though. However, one thing I didn't like about her was that she always made me feel stupid for going to Kingsborough. She made remarks that made me very uncomfortable to be in her class.
