She can talk quite a bit. She has no problem wasting the entire class period without mentioning the material at all. She assigns so much homework, but it is all easy. The study guides are almost exactly the same as the tests. Very easy class as long as you turn stuff in.

A really great teacher. The subject is really up to you if it makes sense. I struggled in some areas and did fantastic in others. All the homework and test are online which is nice because she has YouTube videos going over each chapter and you can listen while testing.

This was a logic class and I took it online. WOW. The course material gradually got more difficult. The last Chapter was brutal!!! Make the best effort you can in the first chapters. Dr. Childs makes it as painless as possible but with this subject, one can only do so much!

I TOOK HER CLASS ONLINE. AS LONG AS YOU KEEP UP WITH READING THE BOOK YOU'LL PASS THE CLASS. THERE ARE WEEKLY QUIZZES, DISCUSSION BOARD POSTS THAT YOU HACVE TO DO, AND EXAMS ARE STRAIGHT FROM THE BOOK. OVER ALL IT WAS A TYPICAL ONLINE CLASS, I WISH I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR HER LECTURE.

Dr. Childs is great! I thought logic was going to be very difficult but Dr. Childs does an excellent job explaining the material and making sure everyone understands! She's very understanding and hilarious. If you want an awesome teacher and an A, take Dr. Childs!

Dr. Childs was great! She knows her stuff. I would read the text and be confused and then go to class and she would make everything clear. While I didn't like the Aplia homework, her tests were way better!

Omg! There are not enough words to say how amazing this woman is! Especially in logic! She is the best! I would not have been able to make an A if it was not for her helpfulness, patience, and the open door she always gave me. I took her for logic and old testament and she is just the best professor ever! If you want a professor that cares and is always there to help, Dr. Childs is the best in this whole world. She taught me so many things!
